A very good service that I have used before and will continue to do so. The staff were all very good, including the bus drivers. Buses barely cope at busy times though, may be better for luggage trailers to be used, that way the interior of the bus would be less cluttered and easier to use. Hate to think what would happen in an accident when people are blocked in by heavy suitcases. Overall though a very good service with friendly helpful staff and no other hassles other than the one stated.

Simple check in and out, user friendly, relatively expensive but we prefer to pay the extra and have no hassle.

Remember to allow for a slight queue at peak times - don't leave home without allowing some time to hand in your keys and catch the bus.

Long wait for transfer back from airport. We were told that this was because they were very busy at this particular time. We feel that they should have allowed for this as they would have known about it.

Not enough details were given for directions i.e. which terminal the car park was situated at. As a stranger to the airport it proved difficult to find the car park.

Was very late arriving at the carpark (only had 15 mins to make check-in). Very swift service. Bus driver very good, got us to terminal 1 and gave us quick directions to check in, made it with 2 mins to spare. Well done, Manchester Premier Park!

Good service, just other customers were cheeky pushing in when there was an obvious queue.

The whole experience went well, I thought, bus was a little crowded, but on the whole everything OK.

Good, well run car park. Not the cheapest, but probably the most convenient.

Easy to find and low cost but coaches run less frequently than advertised and are wrong design -luggage space is mid-way down the coach - everyone has luggage and it just doesn't work -luggage is in the aisles and the exit door - nor is this safe. Driver just lets it all happen - total chaos. Friendly office staff, but on return only 1 person on check-out desk whilst 2 others sat on check-in doing nothing. Needs several improvements and currently I feel the more distant car parks may offer better value as this one is slow -if you are last-minute/delayed you could miss your check-in if you work with the advertised timings - it took us 30 minutes going (plus coach drops you at ARRIVALS! ) and 45 mins on return.

Good transfers to and from the airport and prompt service at the office when getting the vehicle back to go home.

Check in was fairly quick. We seemed to wait about 20 minutes for the bus to take us to the airport terminal which at 4.00am on a chilly morning was slightly inconvenient. However on our return at 9.30pm a bus was waiting outside to take us back to the car park. Would use Premier Parking service again.

Overall I was very pleased with Premier Parking. I would definitely use them again. The best thing was that my car was ready for me to pick up on my return. In the past, other car parks have confused my return date and so I've had to wait while they dig my car out of hundreds to get it out to the forecourt.

Although much dearer than the other car parking options, this is much more convenient for arriving early morning. I have used it now three times and feel its worth paying the extra!

As there were no Premier parking spaces available when we arrived at the car park we were very quickly and efficiently transferred to short stay parking at the airport (better service) and given exit tickets for our return. We were dubious about this process but it worked perfectly, giving us a very quick "getaway" from the airport.

Very good service for the money.

It was a second time we used Premier Parking and would be happy to use it again, although the cost is a little bit high.
