Car park easy to find within the Airport complex,we had pre-booked online so the check in proceedure was minimal and there was a shuttle bus waiting to take us the 5 minutes journey to the terminal.Only waited 5 minutes on arrival back at the terminal for the bus back to the car park.Very easy,smooth process from start to finish ,I'll be using them again in the summer

Even though it's on the airport it still took around 30 mins to get to and from the terminal. We have parked in a smaller privately run place in Altringham and managed the journey quicker. It doesn't help that the coaches do a circuit of all terminals rather than shuttling between a single terminal and the car park. This means that at the car park everyone piles on the coach, then the poor people at the back have to fight their way through a crowded bus (with suitcases of course) to get off at the first terminal. If they could sort this out it would be spot on, as it was the journey both ways was pretty unpleasant.

when you find the car park the service is excellent quick and efficent, however, the sign posting from the entrance to the airport is very poor and several people including me got lost on the airport make the signs clearer or even noticable if possible

I have used and will continue to use this service regularly. The staff are professional and efficient; parking is very convenient for T1 and T3. Bus service does go to T2 but there are closer car parks. Occasionally there can be a bit of a wait for the transfer bus but this is not so often/bad that I would go elsewhere.

Checked in at 0500 and waited 1 minute for transfer bus. This took 2 minutes to terminal 3, then 1 minute to T1 then 2 more minutes to T3. On coming back the bus came again within a minute and took about 3 minutes to get back. I handed my voucher in, was given my car keys and then on my way. Will definately use them again.

The instructions I had said once at airport follow signs white with pink P after driving around the airport 3 times looking for signs we ended up at long stay at terminal 2 where we were flying from, had to ask bus driver and then had to drive back to terminal 3, need to state clearly signs only appear at terminal 3 good job we had plenty of time.

Good no hassle parking straight onto coach transfer to and from airport. quick service on return.

Premier Car Parks are easy to find, very professional, very efficient, secure, all you require for peace of mind when leaving your prized possesion to go on holiday.

I wasn't keen on travelling from B/ham to Manchester to fly. But after going on line and booking this excellent parking facility at an exceptional rate it made my travel an easy experience. I would definately use your well organised facility again and recomend to others.

We booked through an agency and their directions to the parking were awful and just said look for pink signs for T1, T2 ad T3. We drove around and around looking for the signs and then had to make two phones calls for further directions. If it had just said follow signs to T3 and then look for pink sign we would have found it first time.

We continue to use the Premier Park as our preffered choice of airport parking. They provide an efficient service when checking your vehicle in and out, plus the frequent transfers to the terminal are first class. I have recommended this service to my friend and family and will continue to do so - great value for money!

I have used a lot of companies before, but they are not as close to the airport as premier park,also they are not as efficient when it comes to transfers to and from the airport. I would deffinately reccomend premier park as the car park to use every time.

when we arrived at 4am we saw a transfer bus leaving as we booked in and feared the worst but we only waited 5 - 10 mins for the next. the transfer took 10 mins max (to terminal 2). upon our return we walked out of arrivals to the pick up point and a bus turned up immediately and returned us to the park. my car was parked in spitting distance of the office and no mileage had been added. excellent service that i will definately use again.

Have used Premier parking about 10 times now and have always been pleased with the service.The only slight complaint is that I find the luggage racks on the buses a bit awkward to lift heavy cases onto and it is not the cheapest place to use especially for a 2 week stay.

On return journey too many people were allowed on the bus - we were like cattle on a train - everyone was unhappy/moaning. Then, to cap it all, the driver takes a long detour to a place where he swapped shifts with another driver. We all waited while they had a chat on the road with several passengers still standing. It really is a cheek to call yourself 'Premier' Parks - it is more like 2nd class parks. Overpriced for what you provide.

Everything done quickly and with clear and concise details. Phoned from Lanzarote to inform them that we would be delayed over 12 hours, no problem for them, and they did not charge for the extra night. I have used the majority of parks at Manchester, but I will stick to Premier in future. Reccommended.

As we were at Terminal 3 and I had no baggage it was only 500m to walk from the car park to the terminal building. Simple drop off procedure with no need to find a space as the staff do that for you, and an easy collection too. Would recomend and will use again.

You are going to have to improve on the transfers. Total time for shuttle pickup & return to parking was approaching 30 minutes. I'll look to do the 1/2 price parking on the Airport website next, and make the value/convenience/cost comparison after that. (It's not looking too hot though)

I followed the (meagre) directions on your booking form but was unable to find your parking facility. The signs you suggested I follow did not exist, and when I tried calling the phone number on the booking form to clarify directions, it just rang constantly for five minutes. So I ended up having to pay twice, by parking in the Airport's Long Stay car park, as I had no other way of finding you. Hence the negative feedback...

Booking on-line is ideal using a print-out of confirmation details as the paperwork on arrival at the car park. Close to airport and frequent service is a real bonus since all too often (Heathrow and Stansted!) you need a holiday after experiencing the overcrowded, long bus ride from a huge car park somewhere miles away from the terminal! Leaving your car keys with reception to park the vehicle is a great customer service relieving you of the frustration in searching for a spare parking slot whilst trying to make a flight.
