First time I booked for parking via the internet. I found the website easy to use, the directions to the parking area on the web print out very convenient & felt total peace of mind when I left my car there with no complicated questions or forms too complete on arrival & nothing to complete when I was tired from my return flight back to the UK. Will use you again folks - thanks for looking after my Passatt.

Driver told us that we had arrived at Terminal 3 when infact it was Terminal 1 resulting in a long walk before our holiday. Also, Premier Parking took 40mins to collect us from the Terminal on our return! Apart from that, the staff were polite and the parking facilities were good.

We waited too long for coach on our return journey from airport terminal. The coach went on a long way round back to car park so as to pick up staff which added to the delay. Coaches do not display clear signs about which service they are providing; driver not helpful!

when you get dropped of at your terminal, its at the arrivals gate, but you don't realise till you get inside the building, and can't finad any of the desks. This was the second time we had used you, so we had been prepared! the first time,in March, was a nightmare!

Arrived at car park at approx 9.35 and registered. A shuttle had just departed. the next shuttle arrived approx 25 mins later and then sat in the car park for approx 10 mins. Arrived at terminal 1 approx 10.25am - why pay to park so close when I could have walked it quicker. On return, the shuttle seemed to take a long time to get to the car park - I appreciate that the journey is not straightforward; However, the shuttle did wait for several minutes at one stop!

If you want to park easily and cheaply at Manchester Airport without having to hunt around a massive car park for a space, go for Premier Park - you step out of the car straight into reception, hand over your key, get on the waiting bus and your in the airport in 5 mins, premier park up the car for you and have it ready on your return, fanastic!

We arrived at 4.30 in the morning after taking a few wrong turns, we parked up, handed in our keys and were straight on a bus to the terminal. On our return the bus was already waiting at the stop, we had a five minute trip back and were given our keys quickly and with no fuss. The staff were very pleasant and everything was very professional.

The use of a coach with 1 door and limited space for luggage means that it is extremely congested with everyone trying to load luggage, drag it up the bus and then find somewhere to park it. Needless to say, if someone at the back of the bus needs to get off at the first terminal stop it is a nightmare!

the staff are friendly & helpful, buses run regulaerly to the airport which is only a few minutes away, therefore no worries about getting stuck in traffic.They give exact row numbers where your car is parked and not too far to walk to where cars are parked.I have used this car park on a number of occassions and can find no fault with them.

Walking with a luggage trolley from the multi-storey to the terminals is, in my opinion, easier than off-site parking such as Premier. However, of its type, this is the best we have experienced so far - in and out within 10 minutes both at the beginning and the end of out holiday.

I have used premier on many occasions and have had a positive experience on all but one occasions. I especially enjoy the occasional bonus of being upgraded to the short stay car park as I generally arrive back late on a Sunday night. The only bad experience was once, when a bus driver ignored 2 other travellers and myself and was about to drive off from Y3 untill I banged on the bus door.

Had to wait something like 30 minutes at the airport on return for the bus to the Premier car park - didn't expect to wait this long.

I've used Premier Parking before, and found them good value and fairly slick in check in/check out. At busy times they could do with more check in points open. I would use them again.

Very well signposted throughout. Very prompt and efficient booking in process. Bus ready and waiting to take you to the terminal. Prompt return bus pick up. Very efficient key collection process. Car ready and waiting where they had said. Would highly recommend and would use again.

First class. Collected instantly from airport- no hanging around.

The location of the car park for travel from terminal 3 is great. Check-in was fast and efficient, although it could have been friendlier. The same applies to pick-up.

On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and dealt with very efficiently. We were taken directly to the terminal very quickly once we boarded the transfer bus. On return to the airport we waited about 20 minutes for the bus to collect us from the terminal building. Three other buses from another parking firm passed us during this time. It would be useful if we could SMS the car park to request the bus in future.

Premier Parking offer excellent value for quick , easy parking transfers and excellent return access to vehicles. Very prompt service. A sign upon exit, or even inside the terminal to indicate the location of the return bus stop. It was in a different place to previous years.

While being driven around (see above) during a very busy period, there were too many passengers with large and heavy bags being squashed onto and off the bus. The driver was clearly trying to hurry to keep to his schedule but as a result people were being thrown about as the bus was setting off too quickly. At one point a brief case slid through the open end of the upper luggage rack hitting me on the neck and shoulder before falling to the floor when the driver had to brake suddenly, only minutes before a small girl had been sitting in the same seat. On the whole not a very comfortable ride or experience.

After a long wait at Premier Parking to be sent to Terminal 3 short term multi storey car park at 5.00am in the dark was not a pleasant experience. We were only given cursory details as to how to find the entrance to the car park which we initially drove past. On our return we landed at Terminal 2 and had great difficulty in finding our car.
