We parked nearby to were the coach picked up up, didn't wait long for a coach, and it dropped us downstairs at terminal 2, Manchester. On the way back, we were lucky that one was waiting straight away outside. We were back at the car within 5 minutes, and on our way soon after.

This is the first time we have used Premier Parking and it won't be the last. Highly cost effective. We were going to use a mini bus and were quoted £110 return.By using Premier we paid £46 for parking and used £22 of diesel on the round trip, saving £42. The facility was excellent, parked the car, handed the keys in and just went on to enjoy the holiday. I can see why this is such a popular facility, looking forward to booking again in September.

very efficient transfer no queing for keys keeps you off the beer on your way home for driving ;too expensive too leave on airport if you live within a 60 pound taxi fare though ideal for short breaks

the dropping of the keys is fine, june 2007 waited 30 mins for a bus on arriving back from our holiday, waited 25mins july 2008, then it took 40 mins to get back to depo, it only takes 50 mins to get back home to southport, when we asked at the desk to collect keys about waiting times all that was replied was the buses are nothing to do with us, always used premier park but not very impressed anymore.

The main problem we found was the car park was not adequately sign-posted as we approached from the M56. The signs appeared to be temporary diversionary signs to long stay car parks rather than to Premier in particular and we actually drove past the entrance before noticing it.

Could not fault the service once we located the site (could do with better directions once entering the airport. Booking in keys and transfer to terminal 2 took less than 15 minutes. On arriving back from Terminal 2 to driving out the car park was even quicker !! Very impressed, will definately use again.

When we returned it had been snowing and it was Easter Sunday and the car did not start !! They were VERY helpful in getting an AA man to get us going again, free of charge !! - excellent service and we will use them again

very basic service. no help from driver with loading or unloading luggage, (its a single deck bus). collecting car upon return involved a long walk in badly lit carpark. i am disabled. only good thing was the price for our 6 week parking. not a patch on aph, sharston.

From the booking - to the dropping off of car - to the picking up of the car - all was hassle free, all ran very smoothly and was a very friendly service, had no worries about leaving the car, no standing about waiting, the longest we waited for a transfer bus was approx. 5 minutes and we had only just missed one so expected to be waiting longer. Would definatley recommend to friends/relatives etc.

Overall good service but found the early morning driver failed to communicate,i.e.no information regarding terminals, pick up point on return etc.with the passengers.

Unfortunately I just missed the bus on the return trip, and it seemed an eternity waiting for the bus to do its roud trip especially in the freezing cold when I was tired from the long haul flight

Have used premier twice now and have been pleased on both occasions.Like the idea of leave your car for premier to park up and that its there at reception area on your return. Thanks to all staff at premier.

Our return flight had a 6hr delay, we expected to be charged for extra parking as we had run into another day; I am pleased to say there were no questions or charges upon our return. I understand some carparks do charge extra if you are late. Many thanks.

The bus was waiting on our arrival & we got straight on. The only problem we had on our return is that we have a 15 month old baby in a pushchair & someone had sat where the wheel chair/push chairs go with their suitcase & didn't move. Therefore we were blocking the aisle with our buggy & people struggled to get past with their suitcases.

When parking we were told we would be picked up at T1 drop off point. Signs however continued to direct to arrivals Bus shelter 3. We received conflicting messages about where we were to be picked up resulting in abortive trips between drop off point and arrival point where were eventually picked up. In the process we missed probably two buses. It took over an hour to eventually be picked up - totally unsatisfactory after a long flight particularly as in this time at least three buses arrived for cheaper car parks further away. Please ensure this concern is sent to BCP

On arrival to the airport we went to the carpark that we had been instructed to go to and the car park attendent said because you've got a child with you i'll put you in the carpark in the terminal building it was so easy to get from there to check-in it took just 5 mins.

Had difficulty finding car park. Looking for pink 'P' sign as directed but it didn't appear until after first roundabout. Consequently we circled that roundabout three times. It may be that the new security rules have impacted on this but it needs looking at so that instructions can be adapted. Otherwise quick and effiecient service close to airport.

My only complaint would be the attitude of the driver on the bus on route to terminal he was very loud bordering on agressive.His welcome was, no cases in aisles when racks are full bus is full no matter if seats are free.He was very loud and unwelcoming. Return driver was fine

We waited some time for the coach to return us to our car & when it arrived the driver was complaining about the number of people & luggage on the coach. he claimed he had already been warned by the police about overcrowding the bus. As you are aware of the number of clients arriving at any given time I feel that you should be running more coaches.
