Excellent service, easy to use both ends of journey.

This was the first time I have used Manchester Premier Park and I found it very difficult to find, it was not well signposted. There was a 15 minute queue to get in, possibly this was just due to the time we arrived. Having said that, I will use Premier Park again without hesitation and would recommend it to others.

Easy to find. Staff were helpful and a bus was waiting when we arrived. Quick and easy service.

Arrived to the unexpected surprise that I was diverted to the short stay carpark at the airport, this was just what I wanted but couldn't afford when I booked originally, so full marks to Premier Park!

Great start to the holiday.

On arrival we booked in and boarded the shuttle and was taken to Manchester airport. On return we boarded the shuttle at the original drop off point, checked in and our car was waiting close by. Hassle free.

Easy to book, easy to find, easy to use.

On arrival was simply asked 'name' and told where to park. Bus driver sat in cab and we had to approach him to ask if we could get on - so did everyone else. He watched a couple of people struggle with their bags and was not in my mind very customer focused. Glad neither of them work for me!

The staff at Premier Park were very friendly and efficient, the location was superb, we didn't have to wait for transfer bus at all and on return our car was waiting for us - what a service! Will be using them again and again.

Second time I have used this car park, found the staff helpful even in the middle of the night!

Well worth the convenience, at the airport and from the airport from departure within minutes, no traffic jam or queues to get back to the motorway, everyone wants to get home quick after a holiday, and not be stuck in queues, traffic etc. A definate bonus. I would use Premier Park again - good value for money and easy to find.

Not many people like paying for parking. At Premier Park you feel you are getting something for your money.

We were dealt with quickly and efficiently on both legs of our journey. Two people on the desk so queueing didn't happen. Bus was frequent enough, although on our return journey we were treated to a tour of the terminals from T3 out! After a transatlantic flight this was a bit of a niggle!!

We arrived at a busy time and it took a long time to book in. At the other long stay parking on site, you just take a ticket and go, it is much quicker. I think that will be my preference next time again.

This is the second time I have used you and I am sure we will use you again. The convenience of having the car at the airport makes the holiday run much more smootly, particularly when you have children.
