Manchester Premier Park serves all terminals at Manchester Airport.

arrival

Upon entry, drive into the Image Capture Unit where photographic equipment will take images of your car to record it's external condition and registration number. The entry barrier will then raise automatically. Follow the signs to the drop-off zone, park your vehicle and enter the reception building. Hand in your booking confirmation or quote your booking reference to the attendant. You will also need to hand in your entry ticket and keys. A courtesy bus will then take you to your terminal. If you do not provide your registration number at the time of booking, the barrier will still rise for you, but it may take slightly longer.

departure

Catch the Number 5 bus from the Premier Park Bus Stop (white 'P' on a pink sign) back to the reception area. Hand in the receipt you were given upon checking-in to the car park and your keys and an exit ticket will be given to you.

Premier Park operates transfers to all terminals that take approximately 8 minutes and run every 15 minutes.

Premier Parking is adjacent to Manchester Airport. It is easy to find and leaving your car there is efficient and at a reasonable cost. Occasionally the transfer is a bit slow and seems more so when we are returning and are anxious to get home.Compared with other Airport car parks Premier is by far the most convenient.

Services were in general good but some concern with the dnsity of people taht end up waiting for the bus at peak periods. Some monitoring of peak period could help especially if coupled with an increase in bus frequency at the key times.

The only snag that we found was upon our return, we had to wait at least 20 minutes for the bus to come, there seemed plenty of other buses coming and going but not ours and it was raining which didn't help and there was not enough room under the bus shelter.

Would help enormously if you were dropped off at the Departure Lounges rather than the Arrivals, especially as you are usually rushing by this time, but other than that everything seems to work really well.

The sytem of check in and collection works really well it is fast and efficient. Bus was great and we will use again. We did however have trouble finding the park at 5am when we went slightly wrong off the M56!

On return, I unfortunately locked my car keys inside the boot. The Car Park staff immediately callede the on-site AA engineer, who recovered my key, without damage, inside five minutes.
