Paige Airport Parking reviews

The man on reception was so rude and unhelpful .I had booked online and had an email confirmation and booking ref but was told that was not acceptable ,I needed a print out .It was 5am he didn't know the password for his wifi so I could not get connected he told me that the booking office had not sent over details of my booking ,surely an email with booking ref and confirmation was good enough ? I sat in front of his desk phoning the number on my confirmation for 30 minutes while he ignored me ,I had to become quite annoyed with him as my flight was due to close very soon ,was told to email a copy of my confirmation to him as soon as I reached my destination .In total I waited 40 minutes from booking in until I got on the transfer bus.The parking staff were also extremely rude ,one member of staff actually shouting at the customers to get out of his way as they were queuing to check in .These people should go on a customer service course,I will never use them again .

Arrived quick check in , in the airport 20 mins later . Collected car all ok well worth the money Directions to site could be a little clearer went to Airparks , first as did many more

We usually use Airparks but Paige Parking was coming up around £30 cheaper for 8 days parking so went with them with slight trepidation. We needn't have worried, it was all smooth sailing and a very efficient service both going to and returning from the airport. Loved how easy it was to find the car on our return too. Highly recommended

Last year flew to Netherlands as my dayghter was suddenly admitted to hospital. You kept my car 2 weeks longer than planned and were really helpful in a very stressful situation. Last week you advised me about return times as I was returning from a different airport and were concerned when I was later than you thought. You've always got a smile and a happy work. Transfer drivers happily chat as well.

Just a quick ride between the airport and the car park. The drivers help you with the luggage and very professional! Great price!! Would defenately use again!

I found the check in hassle free and easy, the transfer smooth and comfortable. it did what it says on the tin

When we arrived we were not greeted by staff as the website said we would be. I parked up behind another car and my partner got out and walked to the reception desk to find out what we were supposed to do. Transfers are advertised as running at least every 20 minutes but we waited over half an hour for the transfer mini bus to arrive and another 8 minutes while the cases and passengers were loaded, with no sense of urgency from the staff, who knew we were in danger of missing our flight. On our return, although transfers are supposed to be every 15 minutes, we waited 25 minutes to be picked up. We rang and were told the bus was ' just around the corner'... My advice is don't believe what they say about transfer times and allow at least an hour to get to the airport once you've arrived at Paige. Or pay more and use the proper airport parking with the regular, reliable shuttle bus. On the plus side, Paige does have a nice little portaloo for customers.

the only fault was getting back to luton and phoning for a pick up, all i could get was their message, which i couldn't hear because of all the traffic noise, so just went to bus stop and waited, the bus arrived after about 15 mins. Will use service again when needeed, excellent service.

Car bumper was badly scraped at this car park. Collecting car at midnight in badly lit car park damage was not seen until the next day. Driver who parked and moved the car during it's stay did not report what they had done.

No problems whatsoever. Minibus was waiting for us once we were off the flight on our return. Nice friendly staff, hot drinks and loo on site.
