great value for money and exceptional service,best friendly staff I have ever came across

The staff was friendly and the service was perfect except the parking surface was so bad that I had to drag my baggage in the mud to get to my car as it was raining.

Location is easy to find but seems a fair distance from the airport itself however the transfer is quick and speedy, Overall, a very organised, smooth and efficient operation. Facilities whilst customers wait are excellent with comfortable seating, self serve tea & coffee which is free and a TV. Friendly and professional customer service and drivers. Great value for money, will definitely use again.

Perfectly fine. Could maybe have done with a map aswell as directions. Someone could do with going out regularly and making sure signs are clear and not obscured.

Good service does not need much explanation. OK means OK, just like that! Any time again! T ok

It all went very smoothly and I really can't complain about anything. I will use this service again.

We waited a long time for the transfer to the airport, and when it did arrive there were more people waiting than could get on the bus. It was raining and there was very little cover outside.

Simple to book , to find, to hand over car. Shuttle to and from airport was quick and there were no delays. All staff very efficient and caring. Excellent value for money

Easy to find, very friendly people, nice waiting area, easy and quick transfer to the airport. However, I was uncomfortable to leave my car key.. Upon collection I had a feeling that car was searched, things in the car seemed to be moved around...

I used Paige when they first opened and will continue to use them. Excellent value for money

From the arrival at the car park office, after a long drive, to the arrival at car park office after a long flight ,everything was problem free.Highly recommended. John Connor.

Normally we don't remember our parking experience because it goes so smoothly.We turned into the Airparks parking because it was 4.00am and the signage for Paige was poor.When we eventually found where we had gone wrong we were told it would be 12 mins before the bus came,when it did arrive we loaded up the bus but there were 2 places to fill and the driver left the bus with some sort of alarm going and we all sat there until another 2 people showed up .We got to the airport 1 hour after arriving at the wrong car park and we still had to go check in our luggage and go through security which took a further 45 minutes .We were with Easyjet , WE MISSED OUR FLIGHT ,and eventually flew from Gatwick arriving in Mallorca 8 hours later than we had planned and £160 poorer .We have taken hundreds of flights , we have never parked with Paige before and we have never missed a flight before.

When I got back to Luton, I rang Paige to arrange pick up and they said, "Oh, you've just missed one" This was a lie as I spoke to a chap at the bus stop who had been waiting there for ten minutes. He said they gave him a different story. I assume they have only one minibus at that time, (ca. 10p.m). Perhaps they are waiting for other planes to land and fill the bus up. If so, why not say that. We had to wait quite a time for our pick up. I would also get rid of that rather annoying bleep on the indicator in the bus. Why do we need to know you are turning, most of us can see that. Could do with a decent toilet at there base. On the plus side the and apart from the above. the outgoing transfer was fine and they are pretty cheap. So i would probably use them again.

Reliable, friendly and probably the best value if you have to park your car at Luton Airport.

We booked to park our car at the last minute. Although we were diverted off the M1 and all around Luton, and despite heavy fog, we used GPS and found the parking facility easily Waiting times to get to and from the airport were minimal, and cost was very reasonable

When I get to the airport parking lot, then turned exactly into the car. Back and forth, everything was very accurate and fair. Thank you :-)

Will use again looked after from start to finish, and at a great price.
