We were very pleased with the service provided by Paige. The instructions were easy to follow, they were punctual and friendly, the site was secure, no problems at all. Will use again.

Parking was easy and we had only a short wait for the mini bus to take us even though it was 4am!

On arrival at the car park I was greeted in a very friendly way and my paperwork was all ready for signature, ensuring a swift and smooth airport transfer. On return, I waited only a few minutes for my transfer, whereupon I collected my car with ease.

Booking on line, easy. Well sign posted easy to find. Drive right up to the reception door with a simple check in. Mini bus swiftly takes you right up to the airport. On return to the airport, quick phone call to let reception know your back and your swiftly collected From the drop off/collection point and taken back to your awaiting vehicle, EASY

The customer's toilet would be a good way to go, as there is none, apart from that was all good, excellent price, easy access.

Excellent service ,I have used them several times. Friendly, cheerful whatever time day or night. Only slight criticism is no toilet facilities sometimes needed after travelling to carpark on outward journey.

Driver told passengers after 16 seat allocated seats to get on next shuttle that was fine but when loading luggage on back those people told to get on next shuttle after in line sneaked on thus my wife was seated and I as an old man had to painfully stand for the duration . Despite the people refusing to get off. Driver said nothing .

Paige Airport Parking was easy to find, the staff were all very polite and helpful. Very good value for money and will recommend to family and friends and use again.

The customer service & price is good. the transfer from parking to airport is efficient but when you call from airport for pick up is a long wait of over half hour. Also where the cars are parked is not tarmac and on rainy days is very you have to go through large puddles and mud. In total compare to airparks next door customer service is as good, the transfers are better as it is in a small minibus and you dont have to wait to fill a bus. but the parking surface is not as good on rainy days.

The whole process from dropping us off at the airport to picking us up at 1.30am was great. We also appreciated much needed complimentary drinks. I will definitely use Paige parking again.

Very good value and transfers are quick. Only minor negative is that the car park surface isn't very good in the rain. Our car was parked in the middle of a deep puddle so it was difficult to get to. That being said, I'm sure if we had asked the helpful staff would have retrieved it for us, but we just wanted to get home asap!

I would highly recommend Paige especially for families as when we got there my children were able to have a complimentary drink and they were very impressed by that as was I!

Very efficient sevice with helpful polite staff.Transfers in mini bus with luggage loaded by driver.far better than we have experienced with other companies where you have to struggle with luggage on and off of a bus often having to stand for the transfer.Highly recommend.

I had the worst experience ever. How exploded the bottle of juice in my car and bottle was burned. I got my car very dirty inside from the juice and was all dried. They said one car was burned day before and my car was near and the bottle exploded from the heat. That I don't believe. I think my car was driven because and button of electric windows on the rear right side is broken what I realised when I started to clean the car.

Our waiting time for shuttle bus was 40 minutes. We had to let two buses go as they were too packed to take all passengers. Company needs to improve during busy periods. Will not use again

Very easy booking, helpful and very pleasant staff, convenient transfer. I will use it in the furture.

I use them sometimes. The carpark itself it well organised just it is located on the other side of M1 and this area now has lots of roadworks hence assume about 30mins from the time you arrive there to time you reach the terminal (the same on the way back).

The car park was close to the M1, easily found and the transfer to and from the airport extremely prompt. The price of parking was also very competitive compared to others in the area. I would definitely recommend Paige parking to my friends if they fly from Luton.

Finding the place was quite tricky as it is right next to another car-parking company, but other than that the instructions were clear. There were regular minibuses to the airport - we weren't waiting long. It was much cheaper than some competitors, but I found my car was perfectly safe with them. Being collected from the airport was also simple, as all it required was a quick phone call.
