Friendly staff, transfer was a bit late, but so eas my flight and they have a good policy if u are late for a few hours. Would have preffered to keep the keys

I came back a day early and they were very proffesional.got my car out quickly without anyfus.

Everything worked exactly as it should. One word of caution, the set down / pickup point is not obvious from the arrival exit, so remember some landmark to guide you on your return. The number 14 is at low level on the side of the shelter. The numbers you can see in the air are in the carpark.

excellent service, bus to the airport every 20 minutes, 10-15 min drive to the airport, reliable service, value for money! recommended

Friendly staff. Toilets not clean. Drivers very helpful. We waited 10 minutes for a family on our return - could this have been avoided?

Staff were rude and vehicle transfer seemed dangerous. Waited 45 mins to be picked up with 20 min journey on top... Much too far to be convenient..

I have used Paige numerous times, I would like to give a good review, but, with a child in the freezing cold waiting 30 mins for a bus, is not my idea of great service

As this was my first time flying from luton, it was my first time using Paige. Previously i have had bad experiences with airport parking and transfers.however with Paige it was a pleasure. The staff were friendly and helpful. The transfers were on time and didnt keep you waiting.it was also the lowest priced and more than worth the money.I would very much recommend them to anyone.

Good service but has faults. Long walk all uphill from drop off point at airport to airport front door. Same coming back with additional problem of finding transport vehicle as there are no Paige parking signs.Driver is under pressure due to small vehicle and not enough space.It seems hit and miss if you get on the vehicle or not.

I have only used it twice but I am absolutely happy with it. It is a little bit away from the airport but there is a minibus providing free transfer to the airport and you do not have to wait long.

Excellent service both on the transfers & reception.Just one small gripe is the surface in the car park area is sometimes a bit mucky also unable to wheel cases on the gravel.

First time I have used out of airport parking, it was cheap, easy to use and a hassle free experience. 100% recommended :)
