Car park is easy to find and there is plenty of space to park. The car parking surface needs attention in some places. A transfer bus arrived very quickly on both the outward and return journeys. Overall, a very efficient service.

We inadvertently parked on a disabled space, which was not visible in the snow. Thank you for not clamping us! We only realised on our return. (You could have a disabled sign on a pole to eliminate this problem?) The shuttle bus to departures arrived in really good time. Return bus from the airport to the car park was a 20 min wait in the cold (even though we found the right bus stop without problem) which could have been better, but overall a good facility and service thank you.

Dissapointed having to pay an extra day because of delays caused by the snow,however thats the airports fault or someone in higher authority,I was pleased with the parking staff offer of help to start my car at midnight in the snow, I was lucky not to require the help.

My only criticism is that I didn't realise (and nor did 4 other car drivers in front of me) that your ticket had to be validated before leaving the terminal. I realise that I should have read about it beforehand, but having used many different car parks in many different airports, this is the only one I've come across where there is no facility at the actual car park

as we arrived at 4pm on news years eve i thoguht we would have a longer than usual wait for our transfer bus but it came along almost staight away, the same for thr return journey at 10pm on the sunday night. no wait at all for the transfer bus back excellent.

The parking are was not well lit. It would have been useful to have a lit busstop to wait in. also, there could have been more information about procedures in the parking station so that it is more user friendly. The bus transport was cramped and a bit dangerous, i almost fell over. People were not using all the space on the coach and the driver said nothing. Car was foind safe and sound, which is always a plus!

easy to locate, quick transfers. However only let down was the transfer driver who I had both to and from the car park. Whilst I am always courteous to people, I found his attitude bordering rude. Would it stop me using this srvice again? probably not while it is still value for money.

we used this parking for a short trip & found the place easy to find. The coach arrived within a minute each way so no hassle at all. Validation of ticket was very easy .I would definitely use it again.

There was some confusion on returning since according the to the duty operative my booking had already been redeemed and he had to override this. Would be more helpful if the whole process could be automated without having to queue in the airport building.

Pretty charmless experience, but hey, if you just want to get to the terminal and back to your car without any nonsense....

Take my summary as my review. I will go ther again. Easier than taking the underground early in the morning to Liverpool Street, and the train to wherever..

good location on site and it didn't take long to the terminal. Will use long term pink car park again.

I left my babies car seat on one of the buses and the phone and bus staff were amazing they had it back to me within 20 minutes

The parking worked fine. We got a bus straight away both ways, but forgot to validate the ticket at the terminal on the way back. However, when we did finally get through on the intercom at the exit barrier, they were very helpful and let us through once we had given the booking reference. I would use this sevice again.

Couldnt fault anything only thing was finding the desk to get my car out other than that noting to worry about

Don't be a dizzy like me and check you catch the correct bus when you return. I had a trip to the station and back, completely my fault for not reading the signs & chatting on my mobile. But bus driver was very helpful to put me on the correct bus.

The staff were helpful in the terminal (when I found them to validate my ticket). The ticket validation desk is just off the main concourse in the terminal building close to the exit and I walked past it twice and went outside the building - thinking I was following the signs to the desk. I always think that airport parking is expensive for what you get but I suppose we are a captive audience. You need to leave plenty of time to park the car - at least half an hour to find the car park and then get a space and then the shuttle to the airport. The traffic on the M1 near the airport can be very heavy depending on the time of day and it is as well to leave plenty of time in case of delays.

Although the car park seemed quite a drive past the airport, the transfer wasn't too long by coach. It was tricky to find a space at first but we got a space and it didn't take more than 10 minutes for he bus to arrive.

Good transfers with little delay in waiting for the bus transfer, would prefer to have the ticket to return to car issued at point of sale not have to go to the kiosk on return.
