Didn't realise how far away from airport the long term carparking was. I also expected the shuttle bus to be more frequent. Having said that it was well signposted, easy to find a parking space, and only had to wait 5 or 10 minutes for the shuttle bus to pick us up to take us to the airport deoparture section.

The car park was convenient and we would use again. We are still uncertain about the instructions from the A602 to the car park, and will give that another try next time.

When we arrived we were not completely sure we were at the correct carpark. Thankfully there is only one long term car park at Luton. The car park will need resurfacing in the near future and the spaces are tight.

How such a busy and profitable airport can have such appalling facilities is astounding. The car-park was poorly lit, road surface horrendous and had to wait 10 minutes for the car park security to answer the phone to take the reference number. UK airports have become an international embarrassment.

Liked the automatic number plate recognition system. we wrote tje location of the car on the bvack of the ticket and surprisingly located our vehicle trait away. nice to have many locATION POINTS IN A RELATIVELY SMALL PARK.

I was little confused, your e-mailed instructions said on leaving to put ticket in exit gate. However the instruction at the bus stops said not to put the ticket in and use the intercom. I used the intercom, without problem, as I wasn't sure which was right!

We found that the number recognition did not work on the way out and i had to runmmage around for the reference number which was in the boot and speak to a superintendant on the intercom . Potholes were lethal!

whilst I have used this park on other occassions the internal roads are now in a very poor condition, indeed the Access bus had to drop us off some way from where our car was parked. Not only that the potholes were deep enough to cause vehicle damage, they need repairing!

I booked and paid in advance.Any contract relies on good faith by both parties. My trip was canceled due to the Volcanic cloud and the car park refused to refund my parking fee of £54.99. I consider this totally unreasonable and will not use this car park again. If APCOA has changed its stance kindly inform me.

Signage to long term car park at Luton could have been clearer. I arrived at 2.00am when it was dark and was not sure if I had found the correct car park. I had to wait and ask the transfer bus driver whether I was in the right place.

Although there were no staff on site when we arrived it was quite spooky that the barrier automatically opened when we arrived and knew our name from the vehicle registration recognition system! We were able to park securely and got on the bus within minutes. We did notice that not all cars park properly in the unmarked bays and this could prove difficult for others looking for spaces when the carpark is unmanned.

Arrived and parked the car fine, although there were no signs to where spaces were. Just missed the shuttle but the next one came within 10mns. On exit, number plate recognition system did not work and I had to speak to the operator, but upon giving my name pre-booking was found and barrier lifted. I still can't understand why long term is the same price as mid term, which is right on the airport. Next time I will use mid term for sure.

I read some reviews that made me question if this car park was the right choice...and having gone with this choice I'm very pleased that I did. Entrance was easy, machine read number plate as described. Parked car quickly as quite a few spaces, unloaded bags, turned around and bus was there...we hadn't walked to bus stop, but bus stopped by us to pick us up. Journey to airport was 5-10mins, went quickly. Upon return we waited around 15mins for the bus, but it dropped us off quickly at bus stop by our car with no issues. When exiting car park the machine registered card and we were on our way! I would recommend using this car park :)

Transfer was supposed to be every 10 minutes, but waited more than double that for the bus to arrive. Never much fun when you're back from holiday and want to get home.

We arrived back to Luton after the half term holiday and there was only one coach doing the whole round trip on probably one of the busiest days so we had to wait about 25mins for a coach and when it arrived there were too many people waiting to fit everyone on. When we finally got to the car, the ticket wouldn't let us out, saying we had to pay £100. There was no one around to ask - the bus driver had gone, the portacabin was closed up, there were no information points. I finally found an intercom buzzer on the exit barrier and there was a very helpful lady at the other end who sorted things out. They had no record of our booking even though we were actually in the car park and I had a ticket with my car registration on. The lady was extremely helpful and we finally got out of the car park one hour after having queued for the bus!
