Would be helpful if you could validate your prepaid ticket at the paystation in the carpark rather than have to do it in the airport terminal

Close to the airport, transfers work perfectly all the time and good value overall. For me the best option for parking in Luton.

Unfortunately the driver dropped me at night, a single woman, far from where my car was parked because he didn't "want" to go all the way around to the stop near my car. There is very little lighting at night, no facilities like toilets or attendants to ask anything of and the buses do not come as frequently as promised and are often full. Several people had to wait for the next bus. I was at the bus stop having retrieved my luggage by 8:40pm but didn't get to leave the Luton airport circular until 9:25pm.

Parking was well signed and well lit. Transfers to and from the airport were prompt and the staff polite and friendly even in the early hours of the morning. Would not hesitate to use this parking facility again and would recommend it to anyone using Luton Airport.

Needs to be clearer that you have to go to Apcoa desk on departure, this is unlike any other parking system I have ever used. However, the man on the other side of the intercom on exit was very friendly and efficient and let me out no probs. The bus stop from Luton airport is also not marked clearly at all.

On way out, it only took ten min less to travel to the terminal than it did to get to the car park from Reading! Buses were picking up passengers from far end of car park and driving past our stop as already full. On return from holiday, the wait for a bus to turn up at all meant a (large) number of irate (and tired) passangers. Waited long enough to warrant going off to the taxi rank to try and find a cab to take us back to the car park!

We were quite happy with the service provided, the car park was easy to find, there was plenty of parking space available and the coaches came reguarly.

No buses to Car Park for at least half an hour - in fact I asked a driver of teh Staff bus what was going on and he took us Long Term passengers. Very poor and no apology.

On arrival we found a parking space easily and waited on a few minutes for the bus (despite only just missing one). On the return it was very quick to verify our ticket and then a bus was waiting for us at the stop! All found a very positive experience

We had to wait about 20/25 mins for a coach when returning back to the car park.I would prefer to use mid stay parking despite extra cost.

The Good Bits: It was easy to get to Luton Airport (first time we've been there); the transfer coach arrived very quickly both ways and the transfers were quick (about 5mins each way) and validating the parking ticket was easy too. The Bits They Can Improve: We had no information about what to do when we arrived to park and had to scout around for the bus stop. There was already a long queue when we arrived, and the driver allowed all of us to pile in so the bus was very squashed, bus stops along the way had people waiting who were not able to get on so we were lucky we had walked (by mistake) to the farthest bus stop. Overall it was good value for money and I would use this again.

Parking is on-airport but quite a way from the terminal. Most confusing thing was my instructions talked about handing over my keys to an attendant but this is just rubbish. I had to make several phone calls to check out what I had to do. You actually just park your car and when you get back go to the desk near M&S Food and get the ticket validated with your booking reference. Overall experience was adequate.

Transfers were easy. Bus waiting when we came off the plane. Price not that cheap. Booked early and paid with booking, still £40 for 4 days. Car parking experience fine.

Easy to find with directions given, service to and from carpark prompt and drivers are helpful.Overall a great facility, I would and have recommended people use it when flying from Luton & Stanstead.

As a search engine and cost for airport parking - very good. Have already pre-booked for next flight. Great cost savings on just turning up.

not enough buses as the one we used was packed like sardines and nowhere to put the luggage and the same on the return to the car park.parking surface very poor,and did nit realise how far away from the terminal

The note concerning the validation of the ticket at the terminal should be more visible (not just plain text). I had problems with going out of the parking. The bus doesn't go every 10 minutes (as advertised).

We had a wait of about 25/30 minutes for the transfer coach when we arrived back at Luton airport at around 11.30 pm. Apart from that, everything was fine.
