Lots of building work going on around the car park. Upon return from our holiday we had to wait a long time for a bus. Our first time at Luton airport, probably our last.

I always book this car park whenever I fly from Luton. Forget th the rest, this car park is the best!

Parking was easy to access and there was plenty of choice where to park. The transfer coach was comfortable and the driver was pleasant. The coach dropped us very close to the airport "departures" with a minimum of walking. Impossible to get wet on a rainy day! The return to the car later was efficient and prompt and we did not have to wait long even though we had just missed the coach.

Good sign posting to the park, number plate recognition worked very well easy access to parking site and quick bus pick up

Good value for money. Nice customer service- I didn't pay any extra cash for amendment I have made. Thank you. I recommend this parking!

We found the parking at Luton ok - directions were good. We went into the car park found a space - no problem. When we looked at the issued ticket the number plate reader has mis read our plate. We looked for a human being to talk to to try and sort out the mess before we flew. We couldn't find a soul! We arrived back at our car approaching midnight and drove hopefully to the gate - we had hoped that if it read the plate wrongly the first time it would do it again - no such luck. The barrier didn't move - but help was at hand. It took a good while but we did eventually get away. The staff were very helpful. The car had been in a secure place - so secure even we couldn't get it back out. Daft experience to look back on but really frustrating when you are tired. We would use them again if we ever fly from Luton again.

on arrival at the barrier I received my parking ticket straight away ,and found my way easily to a space . within 10 minuets the transfer coach arrived and was on my way to the airport on return I went to where I arrived and within a few minuets at the airport was on my way back to the car park

It was no problems at all, waiting time for the transfer was about 15min each way, a bit of traffic on the way due to road works round the corner, worth the money, do recommend, will use it again!

Found the long stay parking easy to get parked and never had to wait to long for my transfer to the airport and back again.

Loose stones being thrown up as we drove. No staff in almost full car park. Car park signs saying spaces in the areas were there weren't any spaces. Terrible loose stones covering parking lines. Diabolical car park. The worst we have been to in every way. Not one single person on duty on Saturday in August! We drove around for 20 minutes trying to find a space without one single person to ask. too many stones to drag suitcases across the roads. Cars badly parked across two spaces. The transfers were good but that was the only good thing! Not so good either coming back! Needs improving fast!
