Parking was easy to find using Sat Nav. My only concern was that i was driving a 4x4 and the spaces were very small

Not too easy to find a space. Way out of car park not very clearly marked

I booked over the net paid by card. Parked my car and went on holiday. Returned to my car and went home. Easy as that.

Signs to car park could be clearer. Parking and transport to and from airport easy and efficient. I admit I was remiss in failing to read carefully the procedure for exiting the car park, but the person I spoke to through the barrier system could have been more helpful. She was rather abrupt and did not at first explain fully what was needed

Bus's travel through the car park frquently and you can cut across CP if you miss a bus at one stop to catch it at another.Everything was fine but I really do feel they uuse these places as a licence to print money (ie quite expensive for a very minimal service) and spaces are very tight considering people are generally getting large, heavy amounts of luggage from their vehicles. It only takes one careless person and you could come back to find your car covered in scratches. Look where you park also. If you arrive on a dry day, because of the uneven surface you may come back two weeks later to find your car parked in the middle of a giant puddle.

Very straightforward. A bit confusing on exit as we had already paid and the machine was requesting a debit/credit card. So we pressed the button and spoke to the man and he released us. Transfer buses punctual, no damage to car, rabbits in car park. The ground surface was a little rough in the parking spaces. also was difficult to find the exit!

Remember to take your booking number with you as it will be required to exit the car park.

We found a parking space really easily; we simply took our ticket and wrote down on our booking where we parked the car. We then got on a bus; which incidentally was really prompt; and the driver really helpful with our bags (we have a son with special needs; and were struggling a little). When we got back; we had a minimal 10 minute wait for the coach and picking up the car and driving from the car park couldn't have been easier or quickeer We will most definitey use this service again!

Booked over the internet. Arrived within booked time and had no problem with finding a suitable space. Coach arrived moments after we did so no hanging around. Dropped off right outside of terminal. Return waited about 5 minutes for coach. All ok with car upon collection. At gate insert ticket and then press button to speak to operator with your booking code and he will open the gate for you - away you go!

From the minute I parked the car it was great, not far from bus stop, straight to airport, on way back, bus was waiting, hop on and off to the stop, into the car and there was a guard on hand to check our paper work and let us through the barrier. in and out within five mins. Thanks.

The only problem we experienced was when we came to exit the car park. We entered out ticket into the machine and it said we had £112 to pay. We had already paid £85 on line so after a small panic of what to do, we drove to the cabin but there was no one on duty. We went back to the machine, put the ticket in again and pressed the help button. A very nice man took our vehicle registration and promptly opened the barrier for us to leave. We would definitely use this car park again.

The bus service was frequent about every 10 minutes. I arrived early in the morning at about 8.00 and the car park was further from the airport than I thought it would be given that Luton is about the size of Brmingham. I would use it again but would have felt happier if there was a person on the gate. I would not like to use it at night it was far from any building. IN terms of service and efficiency it was excellent. The reminder emails were also useful

We parked, we caught the bus, we left. We arrived back, we caught the bus, we arrived at the car, the exit went fine, we left. No problem.

It was further to the car park than expected but no problem and good value

Car park easy to find. However we couldn't understand on our return why the transfer bus stopped at stops where no one was waiting outside the car park , but once on the car park the driver drove past the bus stops and insisted people rang the bell in order to get off

When i booked i understood the site to be close to the airport which it was but across a security fence. the bus transfer was a good 10 minutes and there were only two buses in service so we waited over 15 minutes for a bus to arrive, alos the buses were crowded on the return journey and dropped flight staff along the route.

Very convenient - buses on time and all punctual. I did feel a little vulnerable wandering around a car park at 1am alone with very little lighting and no staff around. Otherwise very satisfactory

Apart from the transfer bus not being as frequent as advertised I was happy with the service.

Was helpful to have a man manning the exit machine or else queues would have formed. This is not the norm - he said only there because of previous lightening strike. Bus from airport to car park was very full and quite dangerous as people just placed cases on the floor and as bus went around bends cases fell over.

Easy to find parked with no problems, bus arrived within minutes. On return bus waiting, driver shouted every bus stop. left car park with a brief check of pre booking confirmation. would definitely do this again.
