To my surprise, this car park offered the best rate for our 14 day break in August and turned out to fit our requirements exactly. Coping with an elderly and infirm relative we were able to park very close to the terminal with just a short (1 min max) mostly undercover walk into Departures. Strong recommendation and will certainly try again on my next flight out of Luton.

Luton Airport is terrible. It has a poor range of shops and the slowest passport control in Europe. It took us an hour from landing to arriving at our car. Not the fault of the car park, it's the fault of the airport authorities. Badly understaffed. Luton Airport will replace Gatwick (which is a pain to get to from where I live) as my 'last choice' airport.

NB Did not see any car park staff so cannot answer the rating question Generally extremely happy with cost and convenience of this parking - but we did notice cars arriving when we were leaving for home were struggling to find a parking place.

Car park was very full so it was difficult to locate an empty space. Leave enough time to do this althugh at least you don't have to wait for a coach once you've parked. Make sure you note where you leave the car as we forgot and it took us quite a while to locate our car on return. The fact that we didn't have to pile on to an overcrowded bus on our return was fantastic and I would definitely choose this car park again even though it was very expensive, perhaps because we booked quite late.

We found the parking lot very easy to find with the instructions given, it was a only a short walk to the airport terminal and on our return it was very simple to have our ticket validated to exit the car park. Thank you, we will certainly be using this service again.

Luton " Short Term " car park is within walking distance to the terminal. The name " Short Term " is a bit misleading though. I parked here for two weeks which was as cheap as " Mid Term " parking if you prebook. However I returned to find the side of my car bashed in which more than wiped out any savings, but I guess this is the risk you take in all car parks. GOOD LUCK !

Two minute walk to terminal mostly under cover, not having to wait for a transfer bus to/from terminal to some carpark miles away, was able to book weeks/months in advance, staff were very helpful and competent. I would most definitely use and recommend Luton Short Term Parking again.

Having a small child and being on my own the distance from the terminal was deciding factor. Really wanted a meet and great service, but as this was not avaliable this parking came in close second. Very easy service to use and totally happy with my experience.

We had a job to find the correct parking area as not signed as stated. Once parked and quick dash into airport to be told the parking area was just behind us having spoken to another couple they had the same problem. Otherwise good value very near to departure I know for next time.Thanks

If you need speed or ease of access, if you have a family, perhaps like me left your wallet in the car after getting through HMRC Customs and had to head back before the flight then this car park is a godsend! I've done the others, I've been at those bus stops waiting in the wind and rain, and on the return tired and ratty - knowing the car was 4 minutes walk from the terminal door was a godsend - just great. A few quid more made all the difference and when I needed changes this firm were there to help on the phone - no hassel - just great! Mr Chris Henry & family of four!

The parking area was very poor, holes everywhere and no signs showing where the pick up points for the bus/coach. We had to walk to and from the car - because the hole time we did not see one pick up bus at all. There where no shelter anywhere - luckily it did not rain on the day - if it did we would be soaked. It is unlikey we will use it again. Also we did not see any staff for help. Regrettably the whole area does look shabby and 3rd world.

Went for short stay parking for a week as price was only £20 more than long stay. Lots of spaces on arrival, and no need for a transfer. On return journey, car park seemed very full -- few spaces to be seen, and lots of parking outside of authorized bays. The only downside was a slightly grumpy attendent in the terminal when I presented my simplyparking receipt. He looked at it and disdainfully said "I don't know what that is", then muttered while reading every last word of the small print, before finally endorsing my ticket.

Just remember the place to get your parking ticket validated at NCP customer services is inside the arrivals hall. It is easy to miss being tucked around the corner - more visible on the way in to the airport than on the way out! We missed it and walked to the car park and then had to walk back to the terminal building

The sign posting to this NCP short stay car park was clearly signed.A person was there to get the ticket out of the machine and hand to me, which helped as I always drive to far from the machine. We managed to park quite near and there were trollies to hand to put the luggage on. As we arrived back late we felt safe walking to this car park as it was well lit

I booked to park my car at luton airport. £36 for 4 days, not bad. Parked my car, took a ticket and got on the plane. coming back i took my ticket and online info to the BCP desk, got it stamped, went to the car park, got my car, put the ticket in to the machine and home i went. couldnt have been simpler.

We have been using taxis to airport for quite a while now. Thought we would try nearby parking facitily - Luton is in a bit of a muddle to access, however parking was fine. Returned v. tiresd on Sunday night, but your man was great and cheered us on. Thank you.

No problems.Easy to find and park and close to terminal. Only critisism is that requirement to validate ticket inside the terminal before returning to the car was not clear enough i.e. we failed to notice it and it had to be done by the gate attendant.

I had a few bags and it's very difficult to push a heavy trolley over the kerbs. I don't see why there isn't a flat access to all the pavements. Also there don't seem to be enough safe places to put or find trolleys. I think £48.00 for car parking is extortionate.

A £36 charge was paid on the web when booked but the instructions said to take the credit card with you and the booking would be recognised. No booking ref was received and I had to pay a further £90 to exit the car park.Even then the barrier would not recognise the ticket and a grumpy attendant had to be called to bypass the machine. I am now trying to reclaim the £90.

The car park is well signposted, and it is bang next to the terminal. There is only 1 terminal at Luton so you cannot get lost. On your return again it's only a short stroll from Arrivals, and if you have any difficulty there is someone at the exit gate to help you.
