The car park was well sign posted and easy to find. It was convenient because the terminal building is only a few minutes away by foot. Good value for money. Pre-paying by credit card went smoothly and I had no problems. I did not have any direct experience of the car park staff, facilities or transfers though.

The parking worked out expensive for the weekend away but made up for it in ease. The car park was right next to the terminal and I found a space quickly. There didn't seem to be any attendants in the car park prior to my outward journey but after my return flight, which was late at night, there was somebody there to assist if needed. The lighting was quite poor in the car park and the road surface appalling but because the car park is a short walk to the terminal I would recommend it.

Direction were not clear to parking, I was looking for signs to Gold parking but only saw signs directing to yellow spaces Also once inside lighting was still poor and therefore unable to see directions or clear path way and route to terminal at 05ooAM on a very cold morning. Also undercover walk way was some distance from actual parking space again directions were poor. and would therefore make me consider using other airiports or facilities, sorry to be negative.

Didn't need any assistance. Jsut booked on line, used credit card to enter and exit and walked to and from the airport terminal. Have used mid term parking before and it never remembers my credit card so always left waiting for soemone to find me from auth code - this was much easier and for a weekend trip it was also cheaper!

Luton Express Parking is amongst the most convenient of any airport - as you are just 5 minutes from check-in. It is value for money when booking ahead - and is secure both early morning and late at night.

Easy booking via card, easy to find, good service, will certainly book again.

No criticism of your service, but the short stay carpark at Luton is awful - all pot holes and badly marked out - perhaps they will update it when the new arrival/departure facilities are finished?

The person who validated my ticket at the airport was cheerful and helpful, and everything worked perfectly. What more can one want!

I was in Gold Carpark. Nice and near so no worries about transfers to airport and at an excellent price which I(f I have the choice) will lead me use Luton again. What was particularly helpful was the person at the end of the intercom who helped me out of the carpark after I had made a mistake when I entered it but took a ticket instead of wiping my credit card through.

Good value for short trip. Easy to use credit card system.

Customer service, transfers not relevant as never saw anyone, value for money compared to Heathrow - stellar!! Surface was old but OK, not sure why people have an issue with it, the fact that you can walk to the terminal outweighs all other issues - IMHO.

I find it to be the most convenient airport to park your vehicle. Just drive up to the barrier and insert your debit/credit card on arrival, then the same proceedure when leaving. No hassle! I will certainly use again, whenever I fly out from Luton. Thank you.

The closest carpark to the terminal but the 'undercover walkway' can be quite far from where you park, not good if it's raining.

The information received stated that I should head for gold car park, but the ticket issued by the machine states yellow car park. This is confusing and people asked me whether we were in gold or yellow car park. Car park surface in poor condition, with trip hazards, the risk is increased at night due to poor lighting.

Great location, but car park badly in need of an overhaul.

This is only worth using for times when convenience is more important than price. It is a poorly laid out and surfaced carpark with unmanned barriers whose only virtue is its proximity to the airport. Use it only when there is a discount.

Pretty convenient, reasonable value, poor surface (lots of puddles to mar the short walk to the terminal in the rain). Poor signs meant that we got wetter than we need have.

It's great being able to park and walk to the terminal but if you've got lots of luggage beware there aren't always trollies in the car park and you could end up walking quite a way. The write up said there was a 'covered walkway' but I didn't see one. Better to drop someone off with luggage at terminal first then park. Also they've closed the office in the car park so if you have to speak with anyone, it's off to the terminal (the machine didn't recognize my credit card for example).

It suited our needs for a weekend away - time was tight so its proximity to airport was great and the cost helped.

The credit card recognotion system didn't work, for the second time! I ended up having to use the assistance call system to be let out as the machine did not reconnise my credit card. This happened before and I ended up being charged twice. Great place to park though, worth the occasional hassle
