It is very quick on both departure and arrival. You do not need to wait for any transfers. The parking is within walking distance (5min)

Only a few minutes walk to the terminal with plenty of spaces available when we arrived. Only problem occured when exiting the carpark we were not allowed out with the machine saying we had not paid (we prepaid in full by credit card). This was quickly sorted by pushing the help button.

Very close to the terminal. 20 mins from touchdown to exiting the car park but comes at a price.

Got stuck on the M25 on the way so fortunate to have Short Term Parking booked. 15 mins from entering the car park to the departure gate. 20 mins fron tochdown to driving out.

Needed an on-line service to leave the car somewhere whilst travelling abroad, gosimply made booking straight forward and all that was meant to happen - did happen. I would have liked to be presented with more about savings on the product cost as I think it was full whack - but for a last minute booking there is no real gripe in this case.

Very convinient ...However, this is the second time I have stayed in the short stay car park and on both occassions I have been unable to exit automatically. On both occassions i was presented with a request for payment running into the hundreds. A call on the buzzer gets me through to an operator who requests the booking ref. Checks eventually reveal that I have pre paid and the barrier is raised. This does not take long but does seem to be a process failure where my car is recognised going in but not going out? Apart from that I would recommend staying at the short term car park.

Short term parking handy and close by, but hard to justify the price for more than a day.

The key problem with the service is that, while the car is recognised on the way in, I can never just leave without speaking to the operator which takes time.

Never recognise ticket on exit and have to wait ages for customer service (through button at barrier) to verify reference number while queue are hooting and shouting behind.

The surface of the car park was a bit rough with loose gravel and pot holes. The barrior didn't recognise that we had pre-paid but that was sson remedied by speaking on the intercom to an attendant. We appreciated being able to walk to the terminal in minutes rather than be a 20 minute tranfer away.
