Easy to Find. Easy to Park. Reduces the stress when arriving to catch a flight.

Very convenient to walk to terminal car park dirty and full of pot holes needs resurfacing.

Great place to park, but make sure you don't arrive before your stated entrance time on the booking. The barrier machine repeatedly spat out my card until it reached the time on my booking (and their clock was slow...). But my deal was just as cheap as Luton long stay car park for a long weekend, and I didn't have the hassle of having to get any transfer buses, as the short stay car park is just a short walk from the terminal. The road/parking surface looks like a bomb-site though.

Had to park some distance from the terminal. No trolleys available in the area we parked. Surface of the car park was absolutely shocking. Pedestrian route to the terminal unclear and didn't appear lit. Dubious security. Complete absence of staff. Money for old rope I think! Luckily I got a big discount with Simply Parking else I would have felt really really ripped off by NCP.

Can't say anything about customer service, since i didn't need to interact with anyone. Didn't see any security and travelled during daylight so can't comment on facilities. Surface was pretty poor, which i'm not too bothered about but with a trolley would be more troublesome (but no idea if the other car parks have better surfaces).

Bargain price, it takes a bit longer as you are further from the airport but as a frequent flyer trust me it is only a bit longer. The sense of security is better as the parking looks tucked away out of site and not as obvious as the Luton On-Airport parking and you interact with the staff. It is easier as you can drop the car off right outside the office.

If you want to park for a few days and are willing to pay a little bit more for the convienence/time saving of not having to wait for the bus to take you to and from the car park, then this is for you. 3 minutes walk from the terminal can mean an extra 20 minutes in bed on those early morning flights!

The online service was excellent but I felt that the short stay car park at Luton was too far away from the terminal building and as the weather was extremely poor when we arrived, it would have been better to have chosen the medium or long term parking as this would have given a transfer.

Only took a couple of minutes to walk from short-term car park to check-in, so it was great value (weekend special rate). Best bit was booking on-line and then only needing to insert my credit card to get into and out of the car park.

Called the phone line, booked very quickly and no problems at all at Luton. Overall an excellent service.

Very disappointed in the fact I pre-booked to save time and on this ocassion and previous ocassion machine would not accept credit card, so had to return to the terminal building to pay, staff there said easier to do that in the first place as they always have problems with it!!! Not exactly what I wanted to hear?

Car park was merely an exposed and undeveloped plot of land within the airport perimeter - security was non-existent, lighting poor and signage bad. Parking surface was broken-up and pot-holed. The walk to the airport terminal is in the open. On the positive side, the car park is adjacent to the airport terminal. Overall, the cost offers very poor value for money.

Conveniently very near the airport. Surface of the car park is very poor in places. Take care when walking there. Lack of ramps for moving your trolley onto pavement. Signage confusing. When we tried to leave the machine initially rejected our credit card but after speaking to someone over the intercom we tried again and succeeded.

Quite expensive but great location & nice people.

The area was described as Gold but in fact its Yellow, I know its minor, but can confuse, I had to double check at the desk that I was in the right area, and that booking was correct.

Expensive but the most convenient.
