I can't fault anything. We had no problems finding it and we didn't wait more than 5 minutes for the transfers. It is fairly expensive compared to some of the other car parks but it is on-site and you keep your keys with you.

I will always use you guys when flying long haul from Heathrow well done. Simple but effective service.

As a first time user, I did not know it was a case of find a space and park in it. The last time I used a car parking company at an airport they told me exactly where to put my car. So I was a bit confused on arrival. Overall though...Very good!

Frequent transfer service. Friendly personnel. Efficient service. Good location.

We were easily directed to an area, plenty of space, immediate transfer both then and on return to terminal 2 after holiday. Brand new TARMAC parking surface. First class service, in fact the best we've ever had for airport parking.

Telephoned for directions after a navigational nightmare. Excellent directions from staff. Road works in site made me give a moment to pause and think as to which way to go. Not a major issue. Parked, then went into reception to ask. Really very simple and easy.

Possibly isolated incident but car next to mine was broken into, and pretty well run through, most of front dash missing. Disappointing thing was that this was actually quite close to main office, so security doesn't seem so hot. Shame, because I'd just been thinking it had been the best I'd used, quick transfers, not long to wait for coach, easy in-and-out.

We were dropped off in another coloured zone and had to trail luggage across several rows of cars. This was not very good after a 12 hour flight. But all in all I would use Pink Elephant at Heathrow again for the ease of parking and location.

Had no problems, Parked easily, just missed transfer bus but another one was along in less than 5 mins (5.20am). Not easy to find, the signposts have small logos on and are not easy to make out. Transfer was quick. On the way home had to wait 5 mins for bus and driver asked where we were and dropped us to the car (11pm). It's worth spending the extra £8 over other car parks, and you get to keep your keys so somebody else is not banger racing your car around the car park!

Arriving at 0300 we were initally concerned because the car park looked closed with transfer buses parked the other side of the barriers preventing us entering the car park. We spoke to the man in the security booth by speakerphone at the barrier, he chose to open the window to make his reply, which was not great. However a driver came out promptly, moved a bus and took us to the terminal. A warning that this is the car park's practice on your website might prevent another near panic that the car park was closed!

Our flight arrived late after the normal time for pick up by the buses but all we had to do was use a telephone to contact one of the Pink Elephant staff and a vehicle was sent to pick us up immediately. The service was brilliant and delivered us straight back to our car from Heathrow.

Pink Elephant is easy to get in and out of, close to the terminals, but expensive.

I found the service very easy to use. The booking online was very self explanatory and the price was fantasitic. I also found the directions spot on, I have already recommended the Pink Elephant to many of my friends who are looking for a good airport parking facility.

I have used Pink Elephant regulary for 1 and 2 day stays. The Simply Parking rates make longer stays acceptable.

On the whole the experience was good with only about a 5 minute wait for the transfer each way. Payment on exit was easy with no waiting for confirmation of the voucher not being valid.

Pink Elephant is in an excellent position on the Northern ring road and it was well signed. Colour system to immediately direct you to areas with free parking spaces. Frequent bus transfers to the terminals. Not as cheap as off airport car parks but very efficient and convenient.
