Good convenient car park. Price via internet is good if travelling for over 4 days otherwise daily rate for pink elephant is very expensive.

Lucky I had my confirmation slip from Simply parking handy on my exit, otherwise I would have been delayed looking for it and could have faced full fare payment if I was unable to locate it. More notice to reinforce this requirement would be welcome when booking.

This is an excellent car park; very conveniently placed for the main Heathrow terminals. Most importantly, we waited less than 10 minutes going out and returning for the transfer bus. The car park is well lit and signposted, and seems secure.

I was in a hurry so this worked perfectly. Expensive but no wait either end. (well one minute!), I have a small car so small spaces not a problem but could be otherwise, and can be a pain to get to the bus stop through all the cars if you park far away. The only negative really is I rung up for a quote and spoke to this evil women (british customer service at it's usual) who scared me - and i just said bye and booked online as i am sure she would have given me nightmares if i kept speaking to her. Agressive, grumpy and not interested in helping. So the moral of my story - book online!

A big plus was fact that although I had forgotten my prepaid voucher and the exact reference no. I had booked via the Internet so the staff were quickly able to find my booking and let me out!

We use pink elephant beacuse it is reasonable value, has frequent buses and is reliable.

It was easy to book, relatively easy to find (I did get lost but it was my fault) and I am likely to use your service again, though I do not travel much from Heathrow.

No hassle parking.

I've used Pink Elephant before so deliberately picked it this time. I had no problems whatsoever, it's so reliable that it takes away some of the stress of travel. Would be my only choice next time as I always return to a provider who gives me a first class service. Website was easy to use too.

Easy to find. Very close to airport. Frequent pick-ups with friendly drivers. Will definitely book again and already have recommended to others.

No complaints about service, apart from signposting, but a tad pricey.

The staff keep changing which carparks you should park in, the long term car park is not well-signed, and it takes ages to get to and from the terminal.
