I found Pink Elephant Parking very easy to use. The transfers to the terminals were very quick and the staff were extremely helpful, including the bus drivers. A great value for money.

I like to be able to park my car myself and to hang on to the keys. I also like the short tranfer journey - the traffic around airports can be awful so it is best if you don't have to go too far.

Quick transfer to and from airport. Expensive compared to others, but service and bus frequency good.

My boyfriend and I are regular travellers and would not hesitate to use this facility again. We will also be recommending to family and friends.

I decided to pay a little (not much) more than what some of the other options cost, but it was worth it. The transfer buses seem very frequent (I have in the past waited much longer at other parking facilities), and transfer to terminal 4 was reasonably quick (even quicker on return, where T4 is the last stop before returning to the car park).

Reassuringly close to the airport, coach came promptly and wasn't driven like it was in a race, hurling passengers from their seats, as I have experienced before.

Generally very good but would be better if there was a way of getting from the car park to the terminal building without having to go back on the public roads (which can be congested).

No hassle, efficient system close to the terminals. I lost my entry ticket on my return and the operator at the exit said no problem and allowed me through.

Would use again and found it very convenient... only gripe/comment is that on cold winter evenings any wait at all for a coach transfer is too long... in these conditions maybe there should be an increase in frequency of buses. Or make the bus stops more sheltered and heated.

Pink Elephant Parking was an easy and cost effective way of getting long-term parking at Heathrow.

No problems finding car park, and picked up both ways almost immediately. Drivers friendly and helpful to passengers not knowing where they were going. Leaving car park was quick and easy to negotiate. Will recommend to others!

Easy to find. Plenty of space to park. Very convenient for terminals. Link bus drivers are friendly and helpful.

In terms of location this is about as close as you can get! Bus was waiting on departure, and about 10 mins wait on return. Transfer was around 15 mins due to the usual traffic at Heathrow (so cant really blame Pink Elephant for that). Would certainly use again (or Parking Express) dependent on cost.

Very good experience. I would certainly use Pink Elephant again and recommend them to others.

On returning to airport, we followed directions on our confirmation sheet which told us to leave terminal 3 and go to terminal 2 (very long walk) and get bus from stop 8. When we saw pink elephant buses passing on other side of road, phoned your number only to be told it was stop 7. When on the bus, finally, discovered the bus goes to terminal 3. We were a bit upset by this as it had already been a very long day.

Found that the signs from M25 were very small and not easy to spot. Found the car park safe and secure, bus transfers very good, only other complaint was the the bus to collect us from T3 had no sign saying that it was Pink Elephant. Good value for money.

I was especially happy with Pink Elephant this time as the transfer bus picked us up even as we were getting our luggage from the car! On return, the bus pulled up at the terminal as we came out of the exit door! Dropped us close to our car and with the on-line reference we exited to car park in seconds!

Simple to find and a good bright area which is well surfaced, short transfer. Very pleased with the overall experience, will use this again.

Directions to car park were from M4, we came around the M25, and my husband gave us directions to the car park, leaving junction 14 on the M25, then using the perimeter road, which I believe is better than using the M4, because if you made a mistake at the round a bout before the tunnell, and then went into the airport complex, it could be difficult to get back out and find the car park.

We chose the Pink Elephant car park because we wanted to park close to the airport. It also offered fast, frequent transfers to the terminals. We were very pleased with the service. The car park was well staffed even at 5am when we arrived. The transfer bus left very promptly. The driver was polite and helpful. We were also very impressed at the end of our trip. The Pink Elephant bus was parked at the bus stop outside the terminal and whizzed us back to the car park in a matter of minutes. Once back at our car, the check out procedures were very easy and swift. All in all, we would thoroughly recommend the Pink Elephant car park and would not hesitate to use it again.
