Everything worked like clockwork other than a 5 minute wait on the return terminal - well within the SLA stated.

Value for money. Did not have to wait around well worth looking at for the future.

Efficient on arrival, immediate transfer to terminal. Bus waiting on arrival and on the road to home within 15 mins. Good value for money for a facility so close to terminal 4 at Heathrow.

Overall a good experience. located very close to the airport making transfer a short affair. Very polite and helpful service on drop off, ok customer service on collection. The waiting time on return was longer than I would have liked bearing in mind I called as soon as I had passed through passport control.

Prompt and friendly service only a few minutes from Terminal 5. Highly rate this service due to the cost savings of not paying for on-site parking.

A pleasant surprise on using this facility for the first time. It was easy to find, just parked outside, gave my keys to the friendly reception staff and was wisked to Terminal 4. On arrival a simple call after collecting my case, the bus was just arriving at the bus stop when I was. All in all a very pleasant experience. Definately would recommend.

Very easy, dropped car, transferred immediately, at airport in 5 minutes. Same on the way back.

Easy to find round back of quarantine centre. Stop at door, car parked for you; handover keys, minmal paperwork, no waiting straight to airport. Car deay and waiting on return and straight out onto motorway in 5 minutes. Simple and great value.

If you are looking for a long term car park near T4 and a good price, this is the best option.

dropping the car off and transfer to T5 was quite quick and easy. Waiting for collection upon return was a very chilly 15 minutes outside the terminal but an efficient turnaround at the car park

The location is next door to T4, when we come through Baggage the bus was there within 30 secs of our arrival at the bus stop. Great service I'd recommend.

We flew in from 39 degrees to -1. We were underdressed and terrified of waiting in the open air...but the worry was not necessary. Punctual and efficient service with no problems at all.

I was sceptical to leave my car at the car park and hand over the keys but my fears were all put to rest the moment I arrived. The staff were friendly, the coach service fast and punctual and they even loaded the luggage to and fro. My return was just as quick and hassle free. The coach was waiting outside having called them once I'd collected my luggage. The transfer was 3 mins approx and the car was ready to go when I arrived. All in all, a great service. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The bus stop given on the paperwork was wrong which resulted in a delay in us being picked up, the staff said that the number was wrong.

No problems what so ever! Would use again as transfer on demand is big bonus.

This is the best long stay car parking experience we have had. Everybody is friendly and efficient, and the car park is no more than 5 minutes from terminal 4. When we dropped the car off we left it immediately outside the office, ready to be parked by the staff, and the bus was ready for us immediately to take us to Departures. On the way home, we called Click Park as we collected our luggage, and the bus was ready waiting for us as we came out of the terminal. Great value for money. I can't fault them at all, and would certainly go with them again.
