Upon arrival checking in was straight forward, transfer was within a few minutes. On arrival back, I went to the bus stop as stated on the email (27) only after waiting a shirt time I noticed the mini-bus driving from (21) I managed to wave it down. (I had booked through gosimply.com, and it was stated on their email). Once back collection of my car was simple and easy. My car battery was flat, a staff member was very helpful and gave it some charge and away I went. Price was fair. I would use them again

We were given a ticket for the business car park for terminal five and this in fact made our parking even more efficient.

As this was the first time I had flown anywhere on my own, the thought of flying from Heathrow T5 was pretty daunting. It was completely by chance I found Click Park on the internet & decided to book my car in to leave for the duration of my trip. The service was absolutely first class... easy to locate, efficient transfer to & from the airport & on my return to a very early, heavily frosted car park, found my car had been warmed up & de-iced. I would recommend them to anybody. Thank you.

Easy to find and easy to use. I fly out of Heathrow 3 times a month. Easiest by far

Battery completely flat after two weeks away. (battery 1-2 years old). Reason not known. Resulted in subsequent car security system failures after re-charging battery. Will use self-park facility in future. A great shame as transfers were quick and efficient.

I'd definitely recommend Click Park. They are easy to find, very close to the airport, very quick with the admin and getting you to and from the terminals, a good price and altogether a pleasure to use.

I was really happy with the service that I received. The transfers were prompt, although we waited a bit for the pickup on our return. That was my fault to burying my UK sim in my luggage. We went to South Africa for a month and parked for under £100. That was cheaper than taking a taxi to and from the airport. I'd definitely use them again.

The location of the car park is not very well lit. I was glad when we were upgraded to Business Car Park as the one we were supposed to be at was over booked.

Very accommodating and understanding on arrival. Transfer to airport made immediately. On return, a short phone call resulted in a quick pickup. Everything was ready for me and I was on the road home less than 30 minutes after leaving airport.

Directions to site address good but on arrival (very early in morning) unclear where to go from there. Were directed to Long Stay car park which was good but three weeks later following directions on information provided it was not clear which bus stop to go to from the Terminal. Also, on exit from car park ticket did not work and had to discuss with attendant. Surely the ticket could be bar coded to allow simple exit?

Easy to find with ample parking. After a brief check-in, a quick walk round my car with a staff member to record any damage. Then was whisked off to Terminal 5 with instructions on what to do on return. On arrival back from my trip a short wait for the mini-bus and within 13 minutes of leaving the terminal I was driving off in my car. It all went like clockwork and I would recommend Click Park to anyone. Excellent! Michael

Only issue I have with this service was when I left my car with them I left a can of energy drink unopened in the drivers door. On my return the can was still there but had been opened and consumed. Unfortunately I did not notice this straight away but this is definitely not something I would expect to happen from a service like this. I expect everything I leave in my vehicle to still be intact and in place when I return

Would never recommend them most unfriendly intimidating and threatening staff. Transfers were slow. Customer service non existent. Even though I had a booking reference they had no record of my booking.

Excellent service with no delays getting to and from Terminal 4, best we've had.

This is the first time I have parked for Heathrow for a number of years and would use Click Park again in the future should I be Flying from Heathrow.

From the initial booking to collecting my car on return the service offered was excellent. I will use them again as well as recommend them to anybody

All in all a good service, however shuttle driver on our return not the most helpful, watched us struggle with bags on and off coach and even showed me where to park bag trolley, all you need after 20 hours travelling.

Got there a little early but they didn't mind. Friendly. Taken straight away to the correct terminal, didn't have to wait for any other passengers. Easy instructions for our return. Bus came within 5 minutes of calling. Again taken back straight away, no waiting for others. Car waiting. Very good service at a reasonable price.

Excellent and thorough checks on departure and brilliant pick up on our return. Trans atlantic flight from USA, through immigration, customs, baggage re-claim collected by Click Park,in to our car all in just over an hour !!! Very very convenient, secure value for money parking.

The short transfer was useful and the car park easy to find. When we returned, we phoned to tell them we had arrived (as our flight was actually an hour earlier than expected!). They asked if we had retrieved our luggage. When we said we were waiting at the carousel at that moment, they politely asked if we could phone again when we had actually picked them up. We thought our plan to have the transfer bus waiting for us on our exit had been foiled. We were wrong! When we reached the bus stop, the bus had already arrived, it picked up and took us back straight away. Previous experiences of car parking transfers have had us waiting ages for the transfer bus, then having to wait for it to fill up. We were very impressed by this company.
