The service we received was top class, from the girl in their office to the bus drivers taking us to and from the airport. They all came across as very friendly, chatting away to us on our trips both in and out. I will be using your company the next time I travel from Glasgow. Many thanks.

I found everything about this parking facility to be excellent and the value for money outstanding. All of the staff were friendly and efficient. I will recommend to friends and colleagues and I will be using you again.

I travel frequently down south and always look to find the best price. Sometimes the cheapest is furthest away. Not so in this case. Friendly staff. Prompt attention.

On returning to collect car we found the car in an area of car park with large potholes, which car had clearly been raced through as the muddy puddle water from the potholes was all over the car including over the roof. Other couple collecting cars found same and were not pleased, understandably.

For all it is not much to look at with regards the office and the transfer vehicles, the service in the office was very quick and smooth and the transfers to and from the airport were quick and on time. All the staff encountered were very courteous. I have used Glasgow Direct Parking before, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We were kept waiting in our coach because the driver couldn't get the go ahead from his 'base'. We clearly heard over the radio com that they didn't like the bus returning with empty seats. Also the parking site is poorly lit and poorly drained. We had to wade through a puddle with our cases to get to our car.

The overall service offered was fine and good value and I would be happy to use this car park again. The only downside was, on our return the drop off point where the car was parked had an uneven surface and given the rain was full of water.

We arrived back from Egypt late at night and thought our car would be needing scraped and would be freezing cold, but it had been moved into position and had been heated up etc ready to go - very impressed would defo use it again.

It was convenient taking our own car rather than a taxi. When we arrived they had a bus there to transfer the luggage, so no hanging about, which was great. Thank you.

Only 10 mins was added to our journey time to the Airport. Brilliant service, slightly longer on the return. However, extra buses put on and we were on our way home without any fuss.

Quickly processed and transferred when I dropped the car off. On return, picked up within ten minutes and transferred back to my car. Luggage dropped at car, keys already in car door and was driving home within minutes. Would use again.

All went very smoothly, and as a real plus, on returning four hours late due to the frost and fog, my car had been started, de-iced and warmed up - very welcome just before midnight! Prompt pick up, too, despite late arrival. Very good value.

Direct Parking is really close to Glasgow Airport and the transfer is quick and efficient. When I arrived back it was cold and frosty but the staff had my engine running so the car was warm and the windows were clear, ready for me to drive off.

I found the whole parking experience excellent. When we got back to Glasgow the weather was terrible: freezing fog. Our car had been started, windscreen cleared, and the heating on. We only had a few minutes to wait for the shuttle bus and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this service to my friends.

My experience with the parking was very positive. Right from searching on the internet with competitive price, to ease of finding the location on the day it was a good value for money. It was a very quick service from accepting the car to transport to the airport. Even on arrival all the proceedings were completed within a very short time, hence allowing a smooth onward journey. Commemorations to the organisers and employees!!! Way to go team!!!

We only needed a two/three day parking period and the price we paid (£7.47) was the best available. The transfer to the airport was very efficient (only 5 minutes) and the return was just as quick. Will consider using Direct Parking again for our summer 14 day holiday.

On return journey, I telephoned to say landed and waiting on cases. I was told to make my way to pick up. Only a few yards from pick up area I saw the mini bus leaving with one passenger. I telephoned again and was told the bus would be back 5 mins. 15 mins later the bus arrived to pick up 10+ passengers who had been waiting 10-15 mins in freezing cold.

Dropped car off and was transported immediately to Glasgow airport (30 second walk to Check in area). On return called Direct Parking and the coach arrived within 5 minutes, took us straight to our car which was waiting with the key already in it. Compare the price with any other parking near Glasgow airport and you will find that a similar service will cost 3 times as much. Thank you Direct Parking, I will definitely be seeing you again!

We elected to use this facility because of its competitive rate. The guy working the computer or the computer itself was a bit slow when in queue for registering on arrival. I could not comment on how secure the facility actually is. It is a little farther away than some of the others, but we have no cause for complaint.

Our experience with Direct Parking was excellent. The staff were very helpful and the whole process from booking in to collection of our car on return from holiday was excellent. The parking package was exceptional value for money and we have no doubt in recommending this company to anyone, we will most certainly use this company for our next trip.
