I found the car park easy to get to, also staff very efficient, only problem was the car park surface, as it was wet when I went away, on return found the front of my car covered in splashes of muddy water, but I would certainly use Direct Parking again, hopefully next time the weather is better.

I have used Direct Parking before and chose to again basically because of the excellent service we received-from the start of holiday to the end. We feel that the holiday begins from the moment you hand in the car keys-parking is incredibly easy-you just leave your car in the empty spaces reserved for check-in, and from there it's a very simple process. The staff are expecting you and welcome you with a smile and fast and efficient service. All you need do is get your luggage from the car,lock it and hand in keys. The staff will confirm and check the car in then you will receive a card with a telephone number to call them on return at arrivals. all the while this is being done your luggage is loaded onto awaiting bus for transfer to airport. The transfer to airport is less than 5 minutes and after the short pleasant ride-the bus drops you off right at the front of the entrance where they have an easy to find dedicated drop off and collection point. On return you call the office and a bus is sent to collect you immediately and the car will be ready for collection. i am always impressed with direct parking because the staff are always efficient and in particular the staff help with luggage on and off the bus is important to me.i have two young children and i appreciate the help.i am pleased with the level of security at the airport and my car is always returned in exactly the manner i left it, i know friends who use this airport parking regularly and we all agree it is a great service with an agreeable price. it is definitely my first choice for airport parking for glasgow international airport. a great service with excellent staff.

As a first time user I was impressed when I had to change my return day. It was dealt with quickly and with no hassle. Was impressed with the service to the airport. I was even more impressed on return how quickly and easily I was back on the road.

I've used many secure car parks in the past and was very impressed with Direct Parking. It's very close to the aiport and easy to find. The staff are friendly and professional, the transfer's quick and the facilities in the car park itself very good. I would use them again.

Having used other parking sites within reach of Glasgow Airport, I would say the level of service from the staff was better than we have experienced before. The benefits of pre-booking made things a lot easier on our arrival (which was delayed because of road works on the M8!!). We were dealt with quickly and transferred to the airport in time for the check-in desk opening, much to our delight.

Return transfer was most disappointing. Having arrived in pouring rain we were dropped off some distance from our car and luggage was offloaded into large puddle! Keys with electronic alarm features were left hanging in car doors exposed to the elements.

Arrived at the yard and was on the bus and being transfered within 5 minutes. Different story on the way back, there was quite a few people waiting for the bus when we got out of the airport and it was a free for all when the bus arrived. There was not enough space for everyone and that was with 3 buses. It should have been better organized as we give our arrival details when we book in so they know how many people to expect. There was also some irate people left at the airport waiting on another bus who said they had already been waiting half an hour. When you get of the plane you want to get home as soon as possible this was not a good ending to holiday.

The staff were very friendly, joking etc with me. I was worried as I have an immobiliser thing fitted on the ignition and I thought they would not be able to start the car, but they where very friendly and assured me everything would be okay, which it was. Would definitely use service again.

I dropped my car off, went into the office to sign the forms etc, the man behind the counter was rude after I asked him if my car could be parked away from the fence as last time the windscreen was smashed!! Told me to park my own car!!! The carpark is in a doggy part of Paisley and one part is exposed so the local neds can have some target practice- so beware if your car is left at this part. Nice transfer driver.

I would definitely use these people again, I have absolutely no grounds for complaint whatsoever, and before I went I read a couple of negative reviews about the state of the mini buses, but I have been on alot worse. A very good service, which was excellent value for money!

Only thing I can suggest is if there was a power washer even if it was just water to take the dust and fumes off the cars. A quick blast with a power washer would only take a few moments. My car had a valet the day before I came to the parking lot.

At midnight they were unable or unwilling to cope with large number of arrivals. Stated that at midnight there were 4 coaches in operation but in reality there was only one coach with the same driver, and we had to wait 45 minutes in temperatures of 2 degrees C. At airport people were queue jumping and driver refused to do anything about this. I was left to load my own suitcases onto the bus at airport and on arrival at car park, found that my car was parked in the middle of a large puddle, and was forced to move car before I could access my boot. Staff very un-co-operative and unresponsive. No record of names of people waiting was taken when telephoning resulting total confusion and queue jumping when transport arrived. Car keys were left attached to outside door handle in full view of anybody who wished to steal a car, and no visible signs of human form of security.

We used Simply Parking and we were very pleased with the service. When we arrived back the bus was waiting to pick us up and take us back to our car. We did not have to stand about and wait. I was very pleased with the service and would use Simply Parking again .

As soon as we arrived our luggage was taken onto the shuttle bus while we gave our details to reception. We were on the shuttle within minutes with no hassles at all. The journey to the airport took around 5 minutes. On our return journey, although we were told to phone and a bus would arrive, the bus was already sitting waiting. Car Park was safe secure and well lit. When we arrived our car was sitting waiting engine running and ready to go - would recommend it and would use again.

Booking in was easy and staff were pleasant. The coach was waiting and took us straight to the airport about 8 minutes away. The car was waiting for us when we got off the coach after the holiday and we were on our way home within 5 minutes. Other car parks we have used had us having to find our car in the dark and the rain sometimes, so we were very happy with Direct Parking.

Guy behind the desk wasn't the most helpful, verging on rude. Large potholes in car park. Coach took us almost immediately. Car was waiting for us when we came back. Not the best car park I've ever been to, but not the worst either. About average I suppose.

Car park surface was dreadful - potholed. My car was covered in mud when I picked it up. Also there was minor damage to the boot that I am 95% certain was caused while the car was there.

No hassle whatsoever. On my return, the coach took me straight to my car and the driver helped me put my luggage in the car. The key was in the car so all I had to do ws get in and drive. I will certainly use this company again. The cheapest and the best.

No complaints, from dropping off our car to airport transfer we were treated as important customers. On return from holiday we only had to wait about 5 mins for the coach. When we got back to the car park our car was out front with the keys in it. Great value for money and we will use again in future.

I found Direct Parking to be easy to book, easy to find carpark as directions were clear. On day I arrived at car park I had a mishap with my car and had to borrow a friend's, but this was no problem to Direct Parking they just took the new details when I arrived and I had no extra charge. When I returned from my holiday the Direct Parking mini bus was already at the designated pick up point. All I had to do was show the driver my receipt and he loaded my bags for me. When we returned to the Car Park my car was waiting for me at reception and the Driver unloaded my bags. I did not have to do a thing; it was an entirely pleasant and relaxing experience. I found this company to be reliable, friendly and best of all value for money.
