Will use Glasgow Direct Parking again.Unfortunately we only parked for 4 hours as it was the morning of the icelandic volcano situation.I was disappointed that under the circumstances there was no refund for the 6 days we were not parked.

Direct parking are friendly efficient and provide a safe parking facility. Has anyone seen the big dugs. Drivers are courteous and very helpful especially towards the elderl;y who fin d difficulty with luggage. tried another company once who had a problem taking us to our car,so in future will only use direct parking. Hope this helps people to choose airport parking in glasgow. Booked again for november 2010 and march 2011 cheers and thanks

Never having to leave the car to check in and efficient bus pick up service cut the time for transfer to the airport. The bus actually picked me up at the car.

Easy to find, but do get in the correct lane after the junction for Glasgow airport. Staff knew us when we arrived and were very friendly and courteous. Transfers quick and easy, makes the journey pleasant and costs very little.

I was disappointed with Direct Parking. Having used them in the past I expected the same standard of service as when they were at their previous address. This time I had to park the car myself on arrival and take the car keys with me on holiday instead of leaving them safely with Direct Parking. (I lost them somewhere and spent considerable time organising my spare set to be brought to me when I returned.)On returning to Glasgow airport we had to wait for ages to get picked up. We sat on the coach for a while - not going anywhere - and the driver never even explained what we were waiting for! Eventually two more passengers turned up. On returning to the car park we were left to find the car. At the previous site the car was unlocked and waiting for us. I won't use Direct Parking again. I will only use a secure park which looks after my keys.

The location was difficult to find but once located the staff were efficient but not very friendly. The service was suitable and did the job efficiently enough. We had a bit of a wait on our return journey for the car but that said the driver was pleasant enough. No complaints and I would probably use the service again

the addendants were pleasant and courteous the bus drivers were also very helpfull with our luggage when we phoned the free phone number from the airport we were told how long the bus would be until we were picked up so i would use direct parking again.

I am not too proficient at booking on-line but this was straight forward. Car park easy to find following the directions given by the company. Staff helpful; driver helpful Will use them again if the need arises.

i found the car parking facilility very easily and was booked through in no time. the bus taking us to the airport was there waiting for us both times i have used this car park,stress free and an all round easy to use service.

Everything worked out smoothly. Check was fast and coach was ready as soon as car was parked. Collected from airport within minutes of phoning. Great value, close to airport.

At just under £30 for a week it was more expensive than this time last year but service was efficient, with a prompt transfer on the way out (despite the 3:30am arrival), and a coach waiting on our return. Overall a service I would use again.

Used this facility for the first time August 2009 and were pleased with the service. The transfers were on time and no hassle. Directions were good, found the place no problem. Will recommend to friend and family

direct parking is close to the airport. the driver picks you up from your car to take you to the airport and drops you off at your car on the way back. this was a great help as i was on my own with two children. the pick up was very punctual. good value for money.

From booking to arrival, from arrival to airport, from arriving back to collection back to car. Using directions given by Operator we got there easily. service excellent, thankyou we will happily use again.
