I have used this facility for several years and will continue to do so in the future. It offers a quality service and value for money. The staff are very pleasant and the parking area is easy to find and only two minutes from the airport.A+

direct parking was easy to find thanks to their directions,good value for money and I will be using them again, as I have used them before.

Booking was easy and very quick confirmation. Directions were easy to understand and very precise. Did not expect to be picked up from where car was parked and then taken to airport, brilliant idea and our hole party was delighted. One free phone call to say we had arrived back to Glasgow airport and by the time we got to the pick up point the bus was there, and the gentleman loaded our bags. Next time we fly from Glasgow this is the one i am using. Very slick and profesional. Thanks for a pleasant ending to a great holiday.

had initial problems finding new car park as our google map directed us to the old car park but staff very helpful in re directing us to the new park

it is the easiest of the car parks to find in that area and bus was wating for us to go to airport.a bit of a wait when we came back but i am a smoker and it did not worry me.

easy to find with directions given on booking,staff friendly and helpful and best of all very well worth the money

Parking Zone signs could be bigger as was not clear where I could park even though it was explained. The signs are stuck onto fences which if cars are parked next to them is difficult to see.

It took five or six minutes to sort this lot out but after that it was plain sailing. We were at the airport in five mins. Good service. Will be back in October.

On arrival, on outward leg of our journey, received a pleasant and prompt service. The appropriate paperwork was waiting on arrival. Then we were promptly shuttled off to the airport. On our return, made the free phone call, and within minutes the shuttle bus arrived and took us straight to our car in the car park. A pleasant and hassle free experience. I would use again.

They have installed a new system whereby you keep you park your car; wait an age for the bus to come to your car for the transfer to airport; and you keep you keys with you. On the return you wait 30 minutes for the bus to arrive; are dropped at the end of the row/zone and have to carry your bags to the car. Meanwhile staff are not friendly. Not impressed. Bring back the old system.

the pick up from your parking space left me standing about in the rain and the driver was less than helpful otherwise I have no complaints as the receptionist was great and very helpful. I did not like the idea of phoning a central beaureau and than having to wait to be transferred to the correct airport parking as on a mobile phone this makes it very expensive and time consuming but I would use this facility again now that I know exactly were it is

Directions to car park clear and concise, transfer to and from airport which was quick and with no problems. We arrived home at 2.10am coming out of customs at 2.25am found bus waiting for us to take to car park and was on the road home by 2.45am - great staff really helpful thanks

Having got lost on the way to Direct Parking I phoned several times and was greeted in the most unfriendly and unhelpful manner. When finally arriving a number of people also commented on this and the long wait for shuttle bus going to airport, some people nearly missing their check-in. Shuttle bus staff were friendly it was the attendant at reception desk. Totally disatisfied.

a shame waited 40 mins when we got back to the airport and then everyone got on the bus with poeple having to stand not a good service

Car park is easy to find with clear directions and well sign posted. An efficient and friendly service.

Direct Parking is close to the airport meaning minimum time for transfer to and from the terminal. Unlike the previous arrangement in this case you retain the keys after parking your car - a good arrangement.

The staff were helpful and pleasant,there was a shuttle bus waiting when we came out of the airport which meant we were in our car and on our way home in under 10 mins.If they keep their prices reasonable then I would use direct parking again.

The car park is easy to find, and once there it's a straightforward process to check in, park and transfer to the airport.

After phone call waited best part of 25 minutes for bus to come. Others phoned after me and companies were further from airport but managed to get bus to airport more quickly. Would have to consider them in future as nearest airport certainly did not pay off.
