Quick and easy to organise. Dropped car off, gave necessary info and was at the airport in minutes. On return, after phone call, we were picked up within minutes. Care was safe, staff very pleasant and festive in Santa hats(!) Economical. I will certainly use again and would recommend.

As we were held up coming through customs, the other travellers had already been taken to the car park, however when my husband contacted the office we were informed that someone would meet us in a few minutes. Direct Parking met their promises and we were collected shortly after contacting them by very polite and courteous staff. Thanks again.

We felt that our car was well looked after and very secure however we were one of the first to retrieve our luggage and was keen to get back to car for our three and a half hour journey home at twelve midnight but had to wait at least twenty minutes for the remainder of passengers to arrive at bus. This was frustrating as we were under impression the bus would leave every five minutes.

On arrival the parking staff were rather grumpy and seemed to expect people to know what to do when they first drove in which in our case was not the case as this was the first time we have used airport parking. But apart from that everything was easy and hassle free.

Having used Direct Parking twice in a week my wife and I were very impressed by their kindness and helpfulness. We were late last night and there they were still waiting for us. We have found with the others you have to call from the airport and wait but Direct Parking are always there and after a long trip that is all you want. We will be using them again in December when we go to Tasmania.

I booked in three cars for our families' October holidays, found the parking site no problems very easy to get to, bus waiting at both ends, door to door service. Can't beat that, will certainly use them again. Many thanks from a happy customer.

Car park attendants all moaning when we got there because cars were crammed in due to early arrival. No helpfulness or courtesy offered throughout. It was a 'chore' for them to be there. Rude bus driver who argued with passsengers, then showed his annoyance by speeding to the car park hitting every bump on the very uneasy road leading to the car park. Called to confirm arrival but waited approx 45 mins for collection.

Found the park very easily, we were met at the gates and not even 5 minutes later we arrived at the airport. On our return the bus was waiting for us, no need to call the office and advise them of our arrival. My car was waiting at the gates, smelling all nice and fresh and looked rather clean. Will definitely use Direct Parking next time.

Polite and helpful coach drivers. Coach was waiting for us when we came out of arrivals hall, a bonus considering flight arrived in at 4am. Car boot had already been opened up and car lights were on. All we had to do was load the car and head home. Perfect.

The only problem we had was the fact it was pouring with rain when we arrived back from holiday and the driver from the transfer coach passed our car and would not stop when requested, he informed us that we had to get off at the end of the line of cars and walk back. Apart from this I have only praise for the rest of the staff and will not hesitate to use and recommend your services again.

Easy to find, two minutes to book in, no waiting, taken straight to terminal, coach was waiting at airport on return, taken straight to car, which was even sitting running with the boot open ready for luggage, overall quality service with friendly helpful staff, great value.

Excellent service. Very professional. It was great to arrive back at Glasgow Airport and the shuttle bus waiting for us. We were home in no time. Great team work. You really impressed us. Will certainly use this service again. Keep up the good work.

The attitude shown to my wife and I on arrival at the car park was very bad. Both my wife and I just looked at each other as if we were dreaming. Each other time the staff were 1st class but I dont know why this should change quite a drastically as our experience this time.

We have used this car park around a dozen times and it was great, alas no more, on arriving we waited 10 mins, no problem there, but after coming back our holiday the first coach was full and we had to wait 30 mins . what happened to the shuttle service that they used to operate. also the driver was filling in a timesheet or something on a clipboard while doing 40mph along a bend in the motorway. very dangerous. so we will not be booking with direct parking again.

Used another company before and they seemed more organised. When we arrived to go on holiday it was raining. We got the bags out the car and booked in. There were 3 buses in the car park, but no-one offered to take our and put them in the bus, so were just stood there waiting in the rain. I came back from holiday and arrived, the car was ready to go and the bus driver said the keys were in the car. The keys were still in the office.

I was impressed with the service. We arrived at 3.30am and the staff knew who we were, had all the documentation ready and we were off within ten minutes. On return the shuttle bus was waiting and the driver knew who to expect. Again very prompt and helpful. Dropped off right at my car in the car park. Great service at a very reasonable price.

This was the first time using a car park at the airport and Direct Parking has certainly given me a good experience...right down to having the boot of my car open, awaiting my cases and the keys in the ignition...after all at 5:30 am all you want to do is get home. We will be recommending them and using them again.

Service was excellent. Bus was waiting on us when we arrived at site and took us immediately to airport. There was a slight mix up when we were being picked up at airport when bus left without us and we had to wait another 15 mins. All in all though, excellent value!!!

Our experience was painless on arrival it took less than 2 minutes to do paper work the bus was waiting to take us to the airport on arrival back from holiday one phone call and five minutes the bus was there our car was waiting for us engine started warming up nicely would definitely use this service again.

After not being able to find the bus when we were waiting at the airport, we phoned again and had a very grumpy reply saying it was in the place we were dropped off. Not being familiar with Glasgow airport we felt we could have done with more information. When we found the bus the driver was pretty grumpy as well!!
