I would recommend Direct Parking to my friends and family. It is easy to find with the instructions given at time of booking. On arrival the bus was waiting to take us to the airport and on return we waited about 5 mins for our return bus, it dropped us right at our car - No lugging suitcases about to look for your own car, which we have experienced in the past at other Glasgow carparks.

Everything was satisfactory apart from the fact on our return the back end of our car where the boot was was in a very deep puddle and therefore putting the suitcases in was a little difficult until we reversed out of the water. However thank you very much for everything.

Generally a good experience. Only thing I didn't like was upon arriving at the car park, I had to wait approx 30 mins while other people arrived and got in the minibus. I arrived at the airport 10 mins before my check in closed. Should have more than one minibus doing runs back and forward so that people do not miss flights.

Have used this service before and would not use any other; value for money and access to airport first class.

Staff were expecting our arrival before and after holiday, car was defrosted and running which was a bonus as temp was below freezing. Called when in luggage reclaim and bus was there when got to pick-up point, then 5 mins drive. Excellent sevice and value.

First problem was they wanted my keys, they said that I had to pass them over as it was part of thier terms and conditions I couldnt find anything on their web site that mentioned handing over the vehicle keys, I searched again for this information when I got home but couldn't find it. Second problem was the bus, An old transit and it was falling to bits. Next was the phone call I made on landing at 4 am asking when the next bus would be available to bring me back to the car park, I was told that they would send a bus when I phoned back to confirm I had my luggage as they dont want to wait at the airport for people to collect thier bags, they seem to forget that I was the paying customer and they should be waiting for me and not the other way round, as it happened I stood outside for a good ten minutes in the freezing cold waiting for the bus, when it turned up it was a second piece of junk needing a wood was and a clean. Arriving back at the car park all the cars were running with the doors open and keys in ignition ( not a very good idea in Paisley if you know the area) I would rather pay an extra few pound and get a better service, wont be using this company again.

I had a very pleasant experience using this particular car park especially as I was travelling alone and it was late in the evening. The car park was well lit and appeared to be very secure. Check in process was very smooth and the staff were helpful and polite. I appreciated that on the return I was dropped off right beside my car, which was practically at the front gate waiting for me!!! Excellent value for money.

No disabled ramp; had to ask friend to see if she would check payment. But staff very helpful. Drop off point quite far away as had to self propel wheelchair to main bulding could have been a little closer drop off. Very expensive to use disabled drop off and pick up service. The staff and your team were very pleasant and helpful. Thank You.

I thought it was really excellent that the staff had all of the cars ready for pick-up; the minibus parked right beside them and they were each ready to drive away. It was particularly cold when we returned so it was greatly appreciated to climb into a pre-heated car!

Very efficient service. Check in was fast and hassle free. On return the bus picked up once we'd called. The only issue was the wait as it was freezing but they were there within 10 minutes. When we got back to the car park they had our car running which was great as it was freezing. It meant we were able to leave straight away and not wait for the car to defrost. Well worth the money and we'll definitely use them again! :)

Prompt efficient transfers both ways. We had no waiting time. The driver of the return bus radioed the names of the passengers on his bus, and our car had been started in time for the bus returning to the car park. It was a cold frosty night and this was appreciated.

First time I had used Direct Parking. The service was efficient and staff friendly. The staff loaded my luggage onto/from their coaches. On arrival back in Glasgow it was a cold night, with a frost. The staff knew I was coming so they had the car warmed up and all ready to go - no need to scrape the frost off! Will use them again.

Overall I had a good experience with Direct Parking. The staff were polite and helpful, transfers were speedy to the airport when I had time on my hands but slow when we arrived back, the time when we were keen to get home quickly. They left the keys in the car doors awaiting your arrival which I found a little strange but they did drop you off at your car on the way back. Overall good value for money even if their service was a little odd at times.

Very impressed with the value for money. The transfer was fast without us having to hang around. The car was waiting on our return with the keys and we were dropped right at it. The only thing I didn't like was the cigarette smoke in their office. I had my 8 month old son with me and was uncomfortable taking him into the office to check the car in. Looks like someone was ignoring the Scottish smoking ban.

We arrived at the parking area at 4.30am and there was a bus ready to go, they very kindly waited for us to get organised. The transfer to the airport was very quick and the return journey was equally uneventful with a speedy return from the airport to our cars. No frills...no fuss! Cheers!

The only difficult part of the experience was on leaving the motorway at the correct exit. A fair degree of concentration was required to achieve this in darkness especially when the road is busy and it is raining heavily. Once off the motorway all is straight forward. Check in at car park was easy and straight forward. I will use this car park again.

It's close to the airport, but when we got on the coach to head to the airport, the coach turned round again for more passengers, then just about to leave again and another car pulled in, the guy took ages, we were in the coach for about 20mins before leaving for the airport.

This company is excellent in every respect, just not keen on the older minibuses and seat belts not working. In this day and age I would prefer these to be of much higher standard. Everything else is very efficient though from drop off at the airport to pick-up and back to your waiting car. Value for money and we'll use them every time we fly! Thanks!

This was the first time I have used Direct Parking and the only problem I found was getting into the area, but this was due to flooding and totally out of anyone's control. I am at this time in the process of booking for a further week commencing on the 14/01/07.

Having experienced another service and been disappointed with customer care, I researched this company, which was rated higher. We were very pleased with the result...pleasant staff and the all important return...late on Xmas day...was handled well, enabling us to return home asap and open the presents!
