Transfer buses waiting for us both on arrival at Direct Parking and when we returned at 5am in morning at the airport. Staff were like speedy gonzales giving all the keys back as there were perhaps 8 people collecting keys on our return, so no great waiting to get your key back to drive off. I've got to say a remarkable turn around from last year, as we had 45min wait for transfer at airport. They have really pulled their socks up and would definitely use again. Excellent service.

Directions on how to get there were accurate with simple terminology, like under a bridge etc. No difficulty finding the place and getting back onto the motorway after my holiday. Transfer coach was on time so no delays either going or coming back.

As we have used this company for a few years now and cannot fault the service. The staff are always very helpful and friendly.

The directions to the parking area were precise, the parking easy and transfers trouble free and assisted by friendly staff. Just what you want when going off and returning from holiday.

I have tried out several other car parks around the vicinity of Glasgow Airport and Direct Parking was by far the best. Very clear instructions on how to find it, paperwork all correct and we were at the airport within 15 minutes of arriving at the car park. It would be helpful if the location of the free phone in the Arrivals Hall could be on the instructions as it took us a little time to find it - even the car hire firms did not know where it was! Will definitely use Direct Parking again.

I've used Direct Parking on serval occasions and have never been let down, transfers were very punctual and on request as always.

Although the area where the car park is situated is, I have to say, a bit of a fly-tipping hell and a real eyesore, the actual car park itself, the transfers and the service received were absolutely fine. Very speedy transfers to and from the airport and, on our return to Glasgow, there was a bus waiting for us when we left the airport, having had an extended wait for our luggage to appear as our flight arrived late.

I wasn't to sure of the phone number on the card. It had been scored out and another written in, which I dialed but it just wrang out. We went to the bus stop anyway and the bus arrived a minute later as someone else had called. Overall, happy with the service. Cheers

My parking was very satisfactory leaving my car. On return I found the deadlock button on my key missing and reported this to the office man, This may be costly thing to repair which I am not happy about. I wondered if someone had driven my car during my absence. I will have to check with Peugeot regarding the key. Otherwise I will return.

We had to wait longer than usual at bus stop, very bad night snow and wind made it seem longer But everything else was great We like your new position of the exit 29 much easier for us coming from Perth

particularly good directions were welcome after previous fiascos. The service was everything we were looking for at a good price.

This time we hadn't to wait to be picked up as previous times we had to stand for 15 mins while the bus came in the relative cold compared to the countries we had visited.

Good service, great valus for money. Only comments - would be valuable to have clearer Direct Parking Sign on arrival.

even although the return flight was early transfer staff were ther in minutes to return you to your vehicle good service provided all round.

the car park is so easy to find well sing posted and i also though my car was very safe when i left for the airport coming back phoned for the pick up and the bus was ther to pick me up in just a few min all in all was very good.

On returnign from holiday I was informed by staff that they had damaged my car when they were parking it. This appartenly happened on Tuesday 2 December - they day I left for holiday. Direct Parking have taken full responibilty however, I am still waiting for the Insurance company to give the go ahead for the repairs which will cost appoximatley £1500. Not a good end to my holiday and a week on still no movement on the repairs.

Have used this company many times prior to their loction move. Took 3 phone calls and a 30 minute wait in freezing cold before bus arrived to collect us on return - then 3 came at once. Not very apologetic when I complained.

I couldn't believe how simple it was to come and go and I was in the terminal building even more quickly than had I parked in the airport. The same on my return I was 3 minutes after my phone call to the office, and a mini-bus arrived, and I was in the car making my way home. My family were amazed I was home so soon and I was happy that no-one had to leave the house to collect me.Very pleased with cost too. Thank you.
