Direct Parking Glasgow reviews

It was easy to find off the motorway, very easy to park with loads of spaces available - and close to the bus stops. Bus was waiting for me and as soon as I boarded, we headed off. On arrival, I was just about to call to advise I was at the bus stop when one turned up! I was back in my car and on the road within 5 mins of being picked up.

No hassle at all. Even helped with starting our car as the battery had gone flat. Top Service!

I have used Direct Parking on several occasions and cannot fault the service. From their convenient location less than a mile from Glasgow Airport,excellent customer service and transfers every 15 minutes its a hassle free and affordable car parking service. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I was impressed with the standard of the coaches, and the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately I feel Direct Parking have let themselves down by the standard of the parking surface, poor signage for those having to park furthest away from the reception/pick-up points. I feel if these issues could be addressed (Particularly the parking surface/ markings) you would have a 5 star rating. On refection I would recommend you to family and friends.

The car park is just 5 minutes drive from the airport. You park the car yourself, remember which row, walk to coach pick up point and coach takes you to airport. Driver gives you a card with phone number for return pick up and also a freephone number for phone in the baggage hall.

Only 5 mins.from Airport and an excellent service. Only thing that would make the parking easier would be knowing where the empty spaces are. You could drive around for a while trying to find one.

Directions were perfect,check painless,transfers quick and a friendly driver,on return there were not enough seats for Maureen and myself but the driver said 5 minutes and their will be another Mini bus. I wouldn't hesitate in using Direct Parking or recommending them to friends.
