Very helpful staff. Car sitting waiting for me on return. Just take luggage out of bus and straight into car, no walking. Will use again.

After a long journey from Newcastle in the middle of the night the service provided was first class and the time we parked to the time we got transferred to the airport took a little more than 20 minutes. On return, we got picked up at the airport on time and dropped off at our car. Definitely go through Direct Parking again.

Looked up the internet for airport parking. I found this one best value for money. A taxi to airport and back would have been a lot more. A pleasant journey both ways and staff very helpful. Having keys in car waiting for us was also a bonus. Thanks again, will be back next holiday!

I thought it was fantastic that the car was waiting at the place you got dropped off with boot open ready to be loaded and the keys already in the car so there was no hanging about as the bus was already at the airport. I never had to wait for anything thanks.

The service was great! We waited in the wrong place when we returned and the folks were really nice about us missing the coach! They were back for us before we could take a breath and incredibly we were delivered to our car rather than to the office. The car was there for us ready to go. Great. We'll definitely be back.

Hassle-free parking. Booked online and got cheaper rate. No hanging around waiting on buses. Very good pick up and drop off service. Close to airport. Have been in other car parks which are situated too far away. Will use again.

Easily booked over the Internet. Excellent value for money compaired to Airport parking. First class service. Quick transfers both to and from Airport. Will be using this service again shortly. It was great not having to phone and wait for taxis. The bus was waiting when we came out of the airport. Staff very helpful. Cant fault at all. Will use again.

A short drive from the main airport terminal, Direct Parking was easily located using the given directions. Transfers were quick and efficient in both directions. Unfortunately, the road to the car park is extremely bumpy, noticably more in the minibuses used.

I felt they were a really professional company. Checked in with my car quickly and professionally. Taken to airport within 5 minutes of arriving at car park. On return journey it was raining so waiting for 5 minutes for bus was a pain but hey we had just got off a plane from Spain with wonderful sunshine so the rain wasn't Direct Parking's fault. My car was waiting for me at the main gate. I was dropped off next to my car with our luggage. Just shows that being the cheapest I found they were still excellent. 10/10.

Everything was well organised, and we were at the airport within 15 mins of parking our car. On the way back some luggage got lost, which delayed us and we had to phone for the bus a 2nd time - who arrived within a few minutes and dropped us at our car. Excellent. Will use again.

Mini bus arrived fairly promptly after phoning (7-8 mins) but driver was advised by office to wait for another party who still had not turned up some 15 minutes after we initially phoned. As this was a night flight and we had arrived at 5.30 am we were anxious to get to our car as we still had a 1 1/2 hour drive in front of us.

We had quite bad flight times, late night outward and an early morning return, but both ways were no problem at the car park with Direct Parking staff "on the ball". Within 5 mins of dropping the car off, we were on our way to the airport and within 15 mins of collecting our cases on the return, we were loading them into the car. Thank you Direct Parking, we will use you again.

Staff in office not the brightest or most customer friendly! They were eating their carry-out lunch as I was booking in and obviously was not their priority. Overall good value and service; would use next time without doubt. One other small thing is that on way back free phone did not work until I paid the min 30p. I had to search through my backs to find 30p as I had left my mobile phone at home.

Very efficient. Clear directions to car park. Speedy transfer to airport. Only downside was having difficulty with telephone number for pick up especially after a long tiring flight. Would not know to use phone marked "emergency phone" where car parking numbers are posted. Would definitely use again.
