The staff were extreamly helpful at reception, the bus transfer was punctual, and it helped because on return, our car was parked very near the reception building. ( after a 4 hour delay, that was very definatley a bounus). I would recomend this experience and would use them again when and if required.

Buses very punctual with quick transfer. All went smoothly with no problems.

Service was efficient but we were not given clear instructions at the start;we parked the car and then had to move it again. We would prefer to keep our car keys rather than hand them over to complete strangers.

The Summer Special parking was easy to find and well sign posted. Drop off and pick up were hassle free, the keys were ready for us when we arrived back at 6.50am! The coaches to and from the terminal were frequent and easy to find when arriving back at the airport. A good way to park the car safely. We would certainly use this facility again.Many thanks.

Fantastic value for money, but had to wait 25mins for the bus back from Gatwick.

Everything was quick and simple. Easy to find the location for Holiday Parking, easy to leave the car, bus was already there to pick you up and transfer to the N Termainal. On the way back - waited not more than 5 min for the bus to take us back to the car park. Again, got our keys back, got the car and we done!!!

Everything went smoothly and as you would want at the beginning and end of your holiday.

We were 3 hours late due to delays and they charged me a whole extra day even though the car was just sitting there waiting to be driven away. We could have just missed one but we waited more than 20 minutes for the bus transfer.Would not use again if there a nearby choice with better morte frequent transfers.

apart from the fact that I thought I had bought parking offsite - on receipt it showed summer parking - it turned out to be well priced, easy to find, and straightforward to use. I would consider summer parking in the future.

a 10 minute ride to the terminal and a 10 minute wait for bus to leave needs to be factored in but otherwise impressed by speed and efficiency

I did not realise that I had to leave my keys and await a full bus before departing the car park to the North Terminal. I have used this Summer special parking at South terminal and they had a reliable frequent bus service to the terminal. When customers have flights to catch it is frustrating that the driver will cram on as many people as he can even families without seats!!. Park up yourself and pay a little more is my recommendation.

We have used this service on two occasions and can recommend it. The short transfer time to North terminal, the frequency of buses, the convenience of the admin arrangements, the courteous staff and the comparatively very reasonable rates all make it well worth considering.

Very efficient, arrived and was directed where to park and advised to take luggage and car keys with us and to book in at reception. Within minutes was booked in and received instructions on a card of how to get back to the parking. Transfer bus left within 10 minutes and dropped us at the terminal. The transfer bus was fine and we did not feel hassled or pressured to hurry despite having 2 youg children, pushchair, 3 suitcases and a back-pack carrier! The only criticism would be the location of the bus stop was not terribly clear when we returned. There was building/road works going on so the bus stop was temporary, but needed to be clearer.

No problems apart from when we arrived back, two coaches arrived and there was only one person on the desk, so there was a long queue.

Very good signs to follow and parking very close to the booking in office and the transfer bus. Quick service on return with easy pick up of key and my car close by and easy to find.

On site parking with buses that run every 20 minutes. Book and pay on line. Print off your confirmation details. Just park your car and fill in your details for your key fob. Get on the bus and enjoy your holiday. On returning get on the bus and pick up your keys at the office, your car is waiting for you. No hassle very efficient service.

Car parking and bus transfer to airport was easy to find and efficient. Return bus, again easy to find, but driver could have assisted people travelling with young children. The car collection was straightforward. The only complaint, and it is minor realy, was that the staff could have been a little more friendly. Would I use them again? Probably.

Simple system - park your car in the entrance queues, hand over your keys to the office, get a card. Take the bus to the airport. On return, get the bus, hand in your card to the office, and they give you back your keys. The car is outside waiting for you - Easy

What a great way to start my hoilday with a easy to find quick long stay car parking company. friendly punctual staff with regular transfers to the terminal buildings. Will definatley use this service again and will recommend to my friends and work collegues. Very satisfied customer.
