I got a puncture due to glass in the car park, and was unable to change my tyre. Your staff could not give a flying toss, and wouldn't help in any way. I was just told to phone Greenflag. I stood at midnight in temps of -2deg in the snow in the dark on my own waiting for Greenflag to arrive. I will be telling all my friends not to use your car park.

Overall experience was good. Found cheaper but not as close and at NCP Flightpath buses were regular every 10 minutes. Kept your own keys which was good. Remember to valid ticket on exit at the customer service booth if you have pre booked, some drivers were having to reverse back as they had not done this.

Overall experience of this facility was very good and will use it again in the future. Only bad point was that the bus driver going to the terminal was impatient and didn't wait for me to take a seat before driving off (quite fast too!!). Other than that, very good.

The only problem we had, was the car number plate recognition did not work, and at the exit barrier we were charged £126.00. However, on going into the office and explaining that we had paid online, this was cancelled.

The short term parking was not in use. In the dark, I found the sign posting very bad and not full size. This made getting into the car park during darknes not very good.

I was very pleased with the parking, it was well-signposted and the buses for the transfers arrived on time getting there and back. Will definitely use again.

On arrriving at carpark the process is straight forward no hassle. Coaches running constantly only had to wait a couple of minutes. You myst make note of your bus stop and car park row though as the car park is massive. The only negative thing is it was a struggle onto the coach with the luggage and no luggage department on coach.

All round a great service, only bad comment would be when we checked out the machine wouldn't accept our prepaid card, it kept asking for payment. This meant we had to reverse out of barrier, park the car and go into the office to sort out. This was done easily but it was just a bit of uneccessary hassle.

The only problem was finding it in the dark when I had never driven to North Terminal before, the signs only say "Long Term Car Park" so I was not sure until I got there whether I was heading for the right one. Shuttle to go back came in about five minutes, this was at about 9.45pm.

Parking was very easy, plenty of spaces and we found a bus stop very close. We waited a while for a bust to take us to the airport approx 15 mins but coming back to the carpark from the airport the transfer bus came along very quickly. Good value for money!

Generally it was ok and it was quick to get out when we came back, unlike some others we have used. However, when we arrived we were told where to park but had to search for ages for a space and the signposting was misleading and inaccurate. However, despite this it was pretty good and very convenient for North Terminal

Were clearly directed to the long stay parking section which was well lit and signposted. There were regular transfers to terminal. On return quick assistance when our ticket was not accepted by the machine. No extra charge for late return to the car due to flight delay of 5 hours. Will definitley use again.

We arrived early morning. Conditions were dark and extremely wet & rainy. Although we were not late we did need to drive around for some considerable time before finding a parking space and frustratingly, did not encounter and staff to assist. However, after eventually parking the car, the transfer to the airport was quick and pain free.

The car-park is fine but we suffered typical 2nd-rate parking transfers. We were travelling with small children (as were many of our fellow travellers). On our return trip we were rammed into a tiny bus with no luggage rack, only a single exit door and no space whatsoever for buggies. A young family ahead of us with a sleeping baby had no option but to block the aisle with their buggy, making it almost impossible for others to get on or get out at their stops. Of course as seems almost compulsory with these things, the driver took off like Starsky and Hutch as soon as everyone boarded the bus with the predictable result of sending toddlers and the elderly flying. What are these people on?

Problems with overcrowding on coach caused delays - more caused by stroppy passengers than anything but driver did not deal with situation, simply opened doors again and let more people on, causing delay to all passengers and safety issues as all gangways completely blocked by abandoned luggage as passengers left it and walked to the back of the coach.

Well signposted, good directions, easy transfer to terminal, but instructions were confusing regarding mention of a voucher, which meant our ticket. Also parking office was referred to as customer service office, on arrival the building was not signed as this. Easy otherwise.

Will certainly be using this site again next time I fly. We used the NCP Flightpath car park where we found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The coach transfer was quick and easy to use. Will certainly use the car park again. Thanks for a great service

By booking on line we should have been able to enter and leave the car park without having to leave our car and pay at desks, unfortunately this was not the case and we had to get out of the car, park and then queue to be given a pass to leave the car park. This was time wasting and frustrating after a long journey.

number plate identification cameras should be mentioned on the 'blurb' given out when e-booking. I asked for a ticket before I realised I should have had my number plate identified as I had booked in advance. All was easily sorted when I got back though - staff were very helpful

the booking process was smooth and quick. Finding a parking space took ages as it was restricted to one area only although many spaces available on alternate zones. Not good organizing on part of car park. Road surface was slippery to walk on as no gridding done and when you then have to park your car miles away from the bus stop it is not the best.
