Easy to get to and to find a parking spot. Very good value for money. Only drawback was finding the nearest bus stop when leaving the car. At 6 in the morning, in the dark, it's quite hard to tell which way you're facing. Good staff in reception. Thanks.

I found this to be an excellent service. It was easy to book and use, and I will definitely use the service again. It would have been nice if it was a bit cheaper but I am happy that my car was in a safe environment for the two weeks that I was away. Thank you !!!

We had no difficulties at all with parking our car, getting to the terminal. Followed signs inside terminal building for Long term car park, but had difficulty actually finding the bus stop outside the building. Having found it, no further difficulties at all.

We felt your instructions to find the car park were a little miss leading as they indicated that there was a sign at the airport roundabout saying NCP car park infact the only sign said summerspecial saver parking so we were a a bit confused at which way to go, but once we found it everything was very easy and straight forward and would use it again. The price was excellent.

Car park was very full on arrival but nonetheless found a space in amongst other cars. A transfer bus came immediately along as we approached the bus stop. On our return there was a transfer bus waiting at the stop which was great (as it was midnight!). Put our ticket into the machine and away we went. Certainly use this car park again for North Terminal.

would have appreciated clearer signs to long term parking at North Terminal roundabout; it was a long walk from parked car to nearest bus stop - OK as I had husband to help but if, as often I am on my own with 6 year old and lots of bags it would have been tricky. Bus got very full after our stop and very little room for bags plus hard to access luggage shelf. Exit procedure very straightforward and staff very efficient. Car park seemed to be well staffed and felt secure.

The car park was very easy to find on approach. Entry was by ticket and there was no shortage of parking spaces. There were plenty of bus stops so not far to walk with luggage. Not long to wait for the bus to or from the terminal. Much better arrangement than handing over the keys for staff to park you car.

Our e-ticket stated we needed to go into the office to get our car park ticket validated, however when we went to the office we were told this was not necessary and should work when we put the ticket to exit! So how does the system work...if we dont need to go in then why tell us to?

good quick easy to follow procedures, have used flightpath now on a few occasions and will continue to do so on all north terminal departures we may have in the future, we parked easy and was on a transfer bus within 5 mins and dropped to airport in plenty of time for our check in. Many thanks

Whilst this is good value for money - my complaint would be that passengers have to struggle with their luggage with no assistance from the driver and attempt to lift it into the appropriate place on the bus. Other companies I have used have always assisted.

I wasn't sure whether the ticket issued at the entrance barrier would allow me to exit the car park on my return, as I'd pre-booked over the internet, so I stopped at the information office at the exit barriers and spoke with the male member of staff on duty who was very helpful. My experience was very postive and I have no complaints. Thank you for a good service.

We stayed over at a hotel and then drove to the car park in the morning, it was very easy to find and the staff at the car park were welcoming. When we went to get the coach the coach driver was a grumpy and it wasnt a good start to the journey but on the way back he was in a much better mood so it made up for the journey to the airport. I would still use this service again and will recommend to others

We were concerned about our 'pick up time' on our return as our flight was delayed by 3:30 hours and we arrived at gatwick at 05:00. Would there be a transfer? how long would we have to wait? Especially as we would now be arriving at Gatwick South not North! - No problems - transport arrived within 5 minutes,[after a very quick transfer on the free shuttle]and delivered us to our 'pick up place'.A very friendly and efficient staff saw us on our way within minutes. The best experience ever!!

We were delighted with the service. Clear directions given by staff. No room for panicing that we had taken a wrong turn or were in the wrong car park. Even though some staff were not British, their english was perfect. Well done on an excellent service. Our 25th wedding aniversary trip got off to the very best start.

Overall an excellent service, nice and close to the terminal, bus service frequent. On the return trip the bus although not crowded with people was heaving with luggage, depending where you wanted to get off did cause a number of problems with other passengers luggage in the way. Suggest front and back door entrance /exit geared towards specific car park areas, this would assist to a degree.

Location wise this is the easiest option. We had friends who went to the farm outside of the airport and it took them about 20 minutes longer to get in to the airport. Sometimes you can be a bit far out and have to wait for the bus but most times very punctual and convenient.

Due to a flight delay we were slightly over our alloted car parking time (which we had pre booked) but we were not charged extra. Very nice.

We had arrived at about 7.45 from the USA and others on the bus were from Barbados. We are all entitled to two pieces of baggage. We were a group of 4 adults and 3 kids, two cars in the car park. We boarded the coach with 12 pieces of luggage including 3 sets of golf clubs and handbaggage. We couldnt get on the first bus because it was full, waited for the next one and then got nothing but moans and groans from other passengers and the driver as we started to fill up the luggage compartment. People were shoving past us to get a seat and squeezing on with luggage etc until the coach was jam packed. When we arrived at the car park we were the 2nd bus stop and yet again moans and groans as we had to drag out bags out from underneath other peoples in order to get off! The comment by the driver was "Are you sure you have got enough bags there?" I replied "Well actually we could have had two more!" Surely when you know what flights are due in you need to put on extra busses, it was pure chaos on a freezing cold, welcome back to Britain, Monday morning.

On arriving back at 1am, the Queue for the buses was huge (At least 4 coach loads and we were at the back). I decided to get a taxi back and come back for my family as the wait would have been at least half an hour.

When entering the car park we were directed into an area that was full with no spare spaces, had to park in an adjacent area that we feel was supposed to be closed.
