I felt that it was a good service and would definitely use again. Was very pleased with the price. I am going away next week and definitely will be using this facility again! May I suggest that prepaid on line booking customers - on exit should be allowed to do the following as outlined below: (As I was stopped at the barriers on exit, because the price stated more than what I had prepaid. I had to reverse my car to a parking bay in order to refer to an attendant. Luckily there were no other vehicles behind me, as this would have been quite tricky and time wasting for others behind me to sort out the discrepancy. RECOMMENDATION: A mechanism should be in place either on entry or exit where the customer could press a button to state that they have already paid online, possibly entering the reference number they were given. EXAMPLE (1): When you leave, you can press a button which states you have prepaid and then enter your reference number which would allow you to exit. EXAMPLE (2): When you arrive, you can press a button which states you have prepaid and enter your reference number. Both ways, as stated above would avoid the hassle, especially at peak times.

Instructions on what to do and where to park are very clear. I arrived on a Sunday night and thought the car park was abit dark. Transfers were puncual and fine. I pre booked so had to go into the office at the exit to give in my ref. number however it was quick with no queues

This was the first time I went on a holiday from Gatwick. To park my car, initially I was concerned. Having had my experience, I will use NCP parking and would recommend to anyone. Good service, good security (obviously don't take chances by leaving any valuables that can be seen. Take the usual tips offered by the Police) Very friendly staff and prompt transfers to the airport to start your journey ahaed and in return a cheerful greeting to remind you are back home!

I parked in bay T9. When leaving, we could not see any exit signs so we followed the arrows-which took us back round in a circle to where we had started from. We could not find any exit signs and so took a chance escaping through a gap into another bay and eventually finding a road with an exit sign. I am not certain if there is a marked exit for bay T but clear and plentiful signage would make the service much more appealing for customers to choose your company again.

I was worried it sounded too good to be true. It was incredibly smooth, parking was a doddle, transfers were a doddle and it required only the briefest of visits to reception with my prepay voucher prior to departure. I cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely reuse your service.

Over all the experience was very good as ther were no problems at all. I do think the price (as all airport parking) is too much for what you are getting. Maybe a car washing scheme could be included for the day before you return as the cars get qite dusty sitting there for two weeks.

NCP have a virtual monopoly at Gatwick North. They have no concern whatsoever for the welfare of the customer, particularly returning from abroad. They overcrowd the buses taking poor customers back to the car park and the system of depositing customers at bus stops is byzantine. When complaining at customer service, the staff are simply not interested.

Parking at airports is always expensive, so I cannot complain about the cost as it is in line with everyone else. The service was very efficient, easy to find, quick transfers - have already recommended to friends travelling next month.

Single terminal service an advantage. Transfer time shorter than most other carparks. Finding your car on a windy, wet night with lots of luggage can be an unwelcome end to a long journey.

Overall very good. My only negative thought is that the driver (for no doubt good reasons) deferred leaving Gatwick on our return and the coach seemed overloaded (especially at the entrance/exits). As transfers are so frequent I am not sure this was necessary.

I will continue to use this service, but I think you need to be able to monitor the amount of passengers and luggage on any one trip and lay on extra service should the need arise.

It was a great relief to get a quick transfer to and from the airport. Also fantastic to see a real human face manning the carpark despite the fact we arrived back in the early hours of the morning.

This is a good, convenient carpark with fast transfers so no worries about missing your flight. However, in common with other airport parking the fees are very high - adding significantly to holiday costs. Flyers are very much a captive market, unfortunately!
