Long walk with luggage, pushchair, infant and 2 children from car park space to bus stop. Also had to get luggage, kids etc onto coach myself. Coach driver very courteous and will wait - we had loads of cases - but does not leave cab to assist. Not the preferred option if you have a young family and a lot of luggage.

This was my first experience using carparking at an airport, I will definately use again, nothing beats jumping in your own car and driving home, no waiting in the taxi queue after a long flight, especially if you have miserable tired children or HUSBAND.The price was roughly about the same as the two way taxi trip.

Would highly recomend this parking facility. We thought that we would have a bit of a wait for a bus as we arrived at 3am - but it was with us within 5 minutes! Same thing on the way back - we landed at 4pm - a pretty busy time, but we got on a bus within 10 minutes. Drivers and staff were really helpful. Will definately use again.

Having used other airport car parks on previous occasions, this one was undoubtedly the best- easy to find, quick transfers and friendly staff. I will definitely use them again.

I would be happy to use this car park again. The layout is simple, the carpark is clean and well lit, and the transfers run smoothly. I waited two minutes for a bus to take me to the terminal, and less than a minute for a bus to take me back to the car. The sytem fell down with the automatic numberplate recognition; it failed to recognize my car. Howver, the back-up system runs smoothly. Just take a ticket at the entry barrier and present it to customer services, together with your booking confirmation number, on the way out. The car park is rather large, so you would be well advised to take a snap of the location marker on your digital camera to help you to navigate back to your car. Finally, this car park does NOT require you to surrender your car keys, so no concerns about car jockeys joy-riding in the family Merc or 2CV6.

It needs to be made clearer that when noting the name of the section (e.g. W) and the row number (e.g. 2), that one also needs to note the bus stop number OR the driver needs to make clear that the bus stop relates only to the section letter and has no relationship to the row number OR that there is only one stop per section (letter).

on our outward journey it was much better to just park your car and get straight on to the bus without the hassle of checking in first.there were plenty of bus stops around the car park on our return we found it dificult to find the correct bus stop to take us back to the car park.but once we were back it was very easy to just drive to the office to check out.however do not forget to take a note of your parking space as a lady who was in the office at the same time as me had completely lost her car. on the whole a good experience.

The parking seems far away from North Terminal, but the bus actually only takes a couple of minutes so it isn't far at all. It wasn't intuative finding the bus stop on the way back but that only cost us a few minutes confusion. The overall impression was "effortless". Will definitely use again for North Terminal

basically i'd just been on a redeye from the states and instead of sitting to drink a coffee in the terminal i wanted to get on my way. got a coffee to go and got on the bus only to be told in no uncertain terms that drinks were not allowed! searched the coach for any literature confirming this but sadly could find none. PLEASE let people know this by putting a sign in a window. apart from that the facility was great!

I found the attitude of the coach drivers aggressive..and was unhappy that when we came to exit the carpark (which I had prepaid) the barrier did not work and I had to go to customer services..not one word of apology..from the three staff behind the counter..obviously too busy watching the tv at the time....

When arriving back into the UK at 01:30 hrs, we did not have long to wait for a bus, although the signs for the bus stop were not very visible, but when we found our car and made our way to the exit, that is when the trouble started. We placed our ticket into the machine and nothing happened! I then went into the office and the man did something to the ticket and said it should be ok, I went back out and we went to the exit again and put the ticket in, nothing happened! By then we are all getting a bit fed up as we are all very tired, so i went back in again, not sure why the man did not come out to assist us, he then gave me a new ticket and said he would let us out when we got to the barrier. We went to the barrier and after several minutes we got out, which was not a very good end to our holiday.

It is convenient parking, but on the way out you have to park, go into customer services with your booking and ask for a validated exit ticket otherwise you would be charged again. Would be better if there was a way of validating the ticket yourself at the exit barrier to save time on the journey home.

We would just like to say what a pleasurable experience it was and a nice start to our holiday. No problems found the place straight away, directions clear, parked without any problems near to a bus stop. Bus was clean and drivers both were very friendly. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will use your services again.

on arrival in the UK, much to my horror I realised I'd thrown my pre-paid booking ref away, but thankfully the staff were very helpful and located my booking so I still received my discounted rate. Also the bus came straight away there and back with friendly staff.

I found the pick up from the airport more like a cattle truck with no assistance in helping anyone with cases on to the bus. In front of me there was a family with young children, cases & pushchair. The driver got out of the bus looked at the man who was struggling and then he went back to the driving cab, the man was just trying to get the pushchair on when the driver closed the door and proceeded to drive off at which time everyone shouted and he stopped to let the man get on the bus. I certainly will not use NCP Flightpath again.

The whole procedure was incredibly trouble free, quick and easy, efficient and a very pleasant experience compared with previous occasions at different airports when we have taken pot luck. We shall most definitely use your website again each time we fly.

I found the whole experience of parking at the airport very good. The staff were polite and courteous and it made for a good all round experience. The service to and from the airport terminal was both quick and efficient. I would recommend NCP Flightpath Parking to everyone.

Had to reverse out of the exit gate, with another vehicle waiting behind, because automatic barrier machine did not recognise prepaid ticket. Return shuttle bus very full at busy time, and insufficinert space to stow all luggage out of aisle. Otherwise a satisfactory service which I would use again.

First time we have parked the car at an airport so have nothing to compare with. However the car park was well signposted, shuttle regular and plentiful staff helpful - good beginning and end to a holiday. Would definitely use car park service again. Time from exiting plane to driving away from car park 30 minutes - excellent.

The bus stand to catch the transfer back to the car park was not clearly marked and we nearly missed the bus - not good after a long day of travel. the process for getting the car out of the car park was confusing also - the printed instructions on the ticket differ to those in the instruction email. Could be a lot clearer!
