Could do with parking plus at the north terminal. Searching for your car in a huge car park can be a nightmare. It's worth paying a small amount more to be able to drop the car off and then pick it up from the same place. And easier for buses as well, I'm sure

On our return we had trouble finding the area for the transfer coach as there were no signs on exiting the terminal. There were a large number of people waiting and it was absolute chaos on the bus, there were plenty of buses parked up at the car park so there should have been more frequent transfers.

Everything went perfectly. We soon parked and were soon on the transfer bus with a cheerful driver, despite the cold and late hour. On return it was the same. Very convenient and good value. I would only have a taxi to the airport if I were arriving from a long tiring flight, when driving could be dangerous.

I use this car park frequently and like the way cones direct you to parking areas with spaces available. There is good indicators for areas in order to locate your vehicle upon return. I think it is excellent that there are customer service reps on site in the event of problems and feel that I can not fault the parking facilities in anyway.

Signs at the car park that are well lit or luminous please to help find the right areas at night would be a great help. Otherwise we found it very simple to use.

jumped off the bus at the right stop but struggled to find the car in the dark and a heavy frost. finally located car then discovered we had mislaid our receipt for internet payment. Went into the office and explained the problem. The gentleman was absolutely brilliant and pulled up my record and confirmed payment had been received. I was so relieved (it was 3.00am and I was rather tired), he wished me a safe journey home and validated my ticket - couldn't have been more pleasant!

When taking the turning for NCP you drive along a fairly long stretch of road with another sign at frequent intervals - namely "summer ...... parking" - I think it would be a good idea to have NCP signs along that road so that there is no confusion. Once you have been once there is no problem but do feel that the first time of booking with NCP one could become a little concerned as to whether you are going in the correct direction

I left my handbag on the transfer bus. By the time I realised the bus had moved on so I flagged down a car, the driver kindly took me to Reception where I described my bag and the young man behind the desk handed it to me, intact! I was so relieved, but then worried about my husband (who is eighty) whom I had left with all the luggage to make his way to the car some distance from the bus stop. After about ten minutes he had not appeared and so a very helpful young man in the Reception office used one of your vans to drive me to the car. I cannot speak too highly of the help and courtesy I received from your staff.

We actually didn't see any car park staff but that wasn't a problem at all. The bus driver was great he waited what seemed an age while we piled all our luggage onto his bus for the transfer. It all went through really quickly and easily. We will do it again without doubt.

Only one glitch in the whole experience. When checking out the exit machine would not accept my card and wished to charge me an excess of £153. Fortunately NCP Customer Services is situated on the spot and rapidly remedied what I assume" was a computer glitch.

I pre paid for my parking and did what it said on entering the car park - used my credit card (that I prepaid with) in the machine to get entry and again to leave. I was charged when I booked online and again charged on leaving the car park. I am now trying to get that money refunded.

Although cheaper, it's less convenient getting out as you need to have your booking verified and exit ticket validated. Doesn't take long ( unless there is a queue) but it's much easier to stick in your ticker and credit card from the car window and drive sraight out.

At a slightly cheaper cost than the long term park, prepayment was easy. Parking ourselves and keeping the keys ensured we knew that the car was safely parked. On return from our holiday handing in the parking card for validation was efficiently and quickly handled.

Although we'd prebooked, the number plate recognition didn't work and showed we had to pay again. This was quickly resolved when my husband went into the office, but it would have been a greater inconvenience during a busier period.

Very good service, slightly soured by a failure of the electronic system at the exit barriers which led to delays in the arrival of the coutesy coach and exit from the car park. Would certainly use the on line facility again, and will recommend it to others.

Booking online was simple. Finding the car park straightforward. Provided you remember your area letter and number of your pick up bus stop you'll be back to your car in minutes. If you prepaid and have your ticket, you're out and away in just a few minutes more! (And no, I'm not a shareholder!)

Very near the airport terminal. i have used this car park many times and would recommend anyone to use it. I have never had any problems parking my car and it is always as i have left it, no damage as spaces are pretty big. I am traveling from the south terminal next month and am still going to use this car park as i no my car will be safe and i can still get to the south terminal by the courtesy bus and airport shuttle train.

Having arrived in the early morning the car parking is very well signed and lit, having parked the car on a cold and frosty Febuary morning it was a welcome sight to see the bus which arrived in a matter of a few minutes. Staff were helpful and polite in explaining the proceedures for the return journey. Many thanks Flightpath i wouldn't hesitate in recommending the service to friends & family. Mr J Hall (Kent)

Really easy to book and use the service. The transfers are frequent and not too busy. The only drawback is that the exit process is not automated so you have to go into the office to get your ticket swiped. Saying that, I've never had to queue, it just means you have to park up at the office on your way out.
