After a long drive to the airport the car park was eay to find and parking the car was straightforward. The bus pick-up points were nearby and easy to find with drop off at the terminal 1st class. A trouble free no hassle service. The return trip was exactly the same. We will use you again.

Booking on the internet was easy for a technophobe. The car park was well lit and the signage was good. It is not far from the terminal which is the best bit. The buses run every few minutes and parking at NCP Flightpath makes the start of my holiday stress free.

As a pereiodic traveller I value the familiarity and ease of the North Terminal Flightpath. But I don't remember having to return to the reception area to "check out." I am sure we just drove to the exit, the cameras checked the number plate and the barrier lifted. It was perfect. Can't we return to this? As it was it was raining, the car park area was tight and the person in front of me in the queue had a problem. Enough said!

It was annoying to have to leave the car to go into the Customer Service Office to clear exit from the car park. The staff member, though courteous, was clearly under strain with the number of people he had to deal with. Why book with a car number, have the number photographed on entry but not use that information?

About as efficient as you can get. Prebooked cars identified by camera and parking ticket issued. On return drive car to the exit area. swap your ticket and agreement for exit ticket. The key stayed with me and the car stayed where it is left. Remember an umbrella to walk from the car to the bus stop.....

This is the first time, I'm using this service, usually I just park and pay when I get back. This last trip it was cheaper, faster, economical and most of all, straight forward. From now on, this service of pay before park is my ideal service. Thank you.

I was very impressed with the coach frequency, we only had to wait a few minutes for the transfer. It was excellent value for money. I will be using NCP Flightpath again in May.

We found that the car park was well signposted and the bus transfer to the terminal very good considering that there was 7 in our party. On our return we had forgotten where we had parked the cars and the bus driver could not have been more helpful by asking date and time we had parked and asking on his radio where likely we would park on that day. He took us straight to the section. Many thanks.

I booked for two long weekends during November. The first went fine. When I returned from the second last weekend, my ticket would not allow me to leave. I could not understand what the people in the office were talking about and had to go inside. They thought I had parked there since the beginning of November. Eventually they charged me another £8.50 to leave. I now need to check with my bank what I have paid.

The signs indicating where spaces were available led us to Area W; there was then no obvious break in the cones to indicate access to parking spaces. On the second attempt I realised that they were probably there only to distinguish between parking and access areas. On leaving, it became apparent that the surface markings did not distinguish clearly between parking spaces, access lanes, and (if any) pedestrian paths.

Have not tried before but it was the best price and if that continued to be the case we would use it again. It would help if there was a flightpath sign at the first roundabout rather than just signs for long stay carparks but entry and parking were very easy. If you are coming back late at night or when the weather may be bad try and park as close to a bus stop as possible. Coming back, we had to search a bit for the bus stop at arrivals, it is on the right past the taxis just after you exit the buildings. We didn't have to wait long for the bus and the driver announced every bus stop and zone which helped. We prebooked on the net and had no trouble getting an exit token. The price was the best we could find and everything pretty hazzlefree. If you have any trouble lifting cases on and off a bus this might not be for you.

i felt quite vulnerable as a woman alone going from the bus to my car at night. the lighting is not brilliant. at the north terminal you have to get out of the car to get your ticket okd for the exit, at south you dont-much better at South! the bus stop at North terminal is badly signposted. on the whole south terminal is a better experiance.

Have used the car park many times, and found it the most handy one for the North Terminal. Never had any problems pre-paying or getting ticket endorsed when leaving. Apart from getting the luggage on and off the bus - but if you have a bloke handy on your travels I'm sure it helps!!!

Your service was excellent. I booked tickets on net and was quoted £17.50 which had taken out of my account but when I tried to exit the car park I had to stop and pay an extra £25 which I dont know why for a 2 night stay. I suggest you re-evaluate your pricings and it is ludicrously high. Not impressed!

Unlike other airport car parks I have used, you cannot leave the car park by inserting your ticket in the slot at the exit barrier. In thios case you have to go to a Customer Service building, wait in a queue and get your ticket checked. Only then can you get through the barrier.

The experience was good. We arrived and found a parking space and left our car there. Then got the coach to the airport. What was good is that we missed the coach and the coach driver saw us so he circled the block and came back for us so we did not have to wait long time for another coach. When we return we took our simply parking print out with reference and was given a ticket to let us out and every worked smoothly.

i found the carpark easy to find the car parking wasstraight forward abus came along straight away the driver was most helpful telling me to remember the bus stop no row we wereat the terminal in no time same on the return journey also very helpful driver will definetly use flightpath again

Wish i had took the time to read the instructions, drove to the exit put in my ticket, guess what!! it didn't work. Had to reverse back and park, into the office for validation, all OK. Just remember folks get the ticket validated before you go to the barrier. Thanks Roy.

Not too sure whether it was value for money. On arrival at the barrier I thought I read that charges were £6.50 per day for up to 4 days. If this is correct then it is obviously cheaper to just turn up and park!!!

It's cheap but at a price..poor quality. Too far from the airport..using poor back-lane country roads. Drivers try too hard to deliver on time..high speeds make the ride uncomfortable Repeat business will fall if quality not improved. Will use only as 2nd or 3rd choice
