It is infuriating that although we have booked and paid on the Internet that every time our ticket is rejected on departure and we have to park and go into the office to prove that we have already prepaid. We feel that toilets should be at various locations in the car park, not just at the offices. The lack of these is very inconvenient.

Paid up front on web site, machine would not read my ticket on leaving. Staff could not indetifie the ticket or car yet i had paid up front. Luck i kept my lap top print out to prove that i had paid or i would have had to pay again. Man behind desk said that there was no entre on system for my ticket, car or debit card. Will think twice before using you again. After a long flight i did not neeed to be held up at pay desk for 30 minuits at 2:30 in morning. Tim

The email print out I had to present at the office on leaving at the end of my trip was "not on the system", and I had to surrender my copy in order to get en exit ticket. This was after the guy spent ten minutes typing in the numbers - he was really slow - I wondered how well he could see! It's not like it was the middle of the night, but broad daylight, on a weekday. Should be able to do something with barcodes by email, that would be better.

It should be made clear that the ticket obtained on entry is not only for noting the location of your vehicle but to operate the exit barrier. It is not at all clear especially as the system reads your number plate automatically on entry. Why can it not do the same when you leave?

I would reconfigure the inside of the bus. It ca be difficult to lift heavy luggage onto the racks. I would remove all of the seating (its only a short transfer) make the inside similar to buses from terminal to aircraft. A few extra vertical bars with luggage at your feet!

Very straightforward. Shown straight to parking area. We made a note of where we had parked and which bus stop was the closest. Don't know what happens if you can't remember at the end of your stay!Car park security also very important. Returned to car after dark, but area well lit, as were exits.

due to the timing of our flight we did not want to go away from the airport to park as this would have meant extra time to our journey, so this was the ideal solution as it was very near the terminal and the transfer was very quick and easy to use and on return we did not have to wait any amount of time for the return trip so it did not spoil our holiday at all

When I went to exit the car park, the machine stated that I hadn't paid when I had actually pre-paid on line. I had read that many people had experienced this on the reviews page so wasn't surprised when it happened it me. I had to park up to go into the reception area to rectify it which was annoying after a ten hour flight but it was sorted out immediately without any problems. The parking surface was awful with lots of stones and needed re-surfacing. The walk ways were blocked with parked cars so I had to walk around the edge of the car park and the bus stops weren't sign posted very well so took me a while to find one!

We arrived at 3am, it was a dark, misty morning. Directions for parking were very clearly displayed and a few minutes after parking the bus came along to take us to the terminal. On our return the bus was waiting outside the airport and we were transported swiftly back to my car which I felt had been securely parked for the week. I shall certainly use this facility again.

We have used this service a few times now and always opt for it as it gives us independence and we do not have to rely on other people for lifts. If we went on a longer holiday however it might work out too expensive - perhaps longer durartions should have a cheaper sliding scale!

The car park was very close to the airport with good lighting and excellent transfers that take you right to the entrance door of the airport. Driver calls out all parking zones on your return so that you do not miss your drop off point. Overall very pleased with the service offered and I will certainly use them again in the future.

having previously used various airport parking commpanies in the past NCP Flightpath was definately the best. Just one request, could you please put the return flight pick up stop number on the document/ticket to avoid confusion when exiting the airport.

The only issue we had was that we kept looking for a sign stating NCP Flightpath as we passed North terminal ( as stated in the directions from the website). The actual signage was to "the long term car park" only when you got to the end of the road did it state NCP Flightpath. All other information, the site and transfers were spot-on.

Dropping off the car was very easy with no waiting to check details with car park staff. The pick up was also easy but you have to go to the control box to get prepayment validated. Because the car park is off airport there was a wait for the bus in both directions but this was acceptable; overall the experience was very good

Booking was simple & straightforward, easy instructions on getting there. Car Park is huge but is sectioned clearly so as long as you make a note of the Zone & Row that you are in it is very easy to use. Bus Driver chatty and friendly, plenty of room for lugguge on the transfer bus. Will definately book again next time.

Arrived 05:30am. Would have like to have seen a 'flightpath' sign to direct you to entrance rather than the airport's standard 'long stay car park' sign at the roundabouts. This added a bit of uncertainty as to whether we were driving in the right direction. Parked with ease, coach arrived within 10 mins. Although pre-booked, entry barrier ticket is still required when 'checking out' of car park. Don't throw it away. All in all, a happy experience.

We booked very late, but everything went very smoothly. The directions were very clear, transfers were quick and efficient. We had a slight problem in finding the pick up point for the coach, but that may have been us; There was a delay at the office, as initially they couldn't find our booking, but it was only a few moments; Some carparks were slightly cheaper, but this one was very convenient.

Easy signs, good transfers, the only thing that lacked was a map of where the administrative building is............you have to look for it around the big car park (and DO remember to put your luggage in the car BEFORE going to the administrative building).

All went - almost- totally smoothly. One thing we forgot was to WRITE DOWN the location of our car before we left it, although the ticket you pick up says to do so, we forgot to. But the bus driver was very helpful & got us to the right stop on the return leg. All in all, can't fault the service.

No problems finding a space. Bus transfer was quick and efficient. Grumpy old man in office on departure - really ought to think about his customer service skills. If you've just got off a night flight from NY you don't need to be yelled at. If he'd have been serving me he would have got an earfull back!!!
