Parked my car around 8am on a Sunday morning. Waited 2 minutes for a bus. Short transfer to airport. I returned around 12.30am. Just missed one bus, waited 10 minutes for the next bus for another quick transfer. At the gate gave in my ticket and was immediately authorised by the member of staff. Left the complex. Simple and trouble free

Nothing much to add to the above. Shuttles ran very regularly and driver pointed out the administration office where it was convenient to park,complete the transactions and recieve a ticket to activate the barrier at exit. It was very quiet when I was leaving and I could park outside the office. I don't know if it would have been so easy to park here had it been busier.

A secure well lit patrolled parking site. We would happily use again. Did not have to wait more than 5 mins for a transfer bus, even when we arrived back in the early hours. easy booking online, just hand in your prepaid voucher on departing carpark, really simple no hassle. very satisfied

Parking was well sign posted and easy to find. Not too far from the airport (about 10 mins). One thing I would way is you must remember to take your confirmation email as proof of pre-booking when leaving the car park. I didn't and the staff spent about 10 minutes trying to find my details from my car reg/postcode and a whole host of other information!

number plate regonition system does not work This is the second time your system has failed to acknowledge my booking via number plate regonition resulting in backing up the car and going to site office to sort problem, also service with a smile would not go amiss

I'm not sure why that particular time was so busy and we arrived at the queue just as the coach did. Whether there had been a long wait for this coach, I don't know but there was a distinct desire from all in the queue, to get on it. Consequently, it was very difficult for many people to get off.

However the above comment would prevent removal of a vehicle if ticket obtained by default,EG stolen or found.Other than that Great service will use again when departing from North terminal.Will contiue to recommend this service to friends and collegues.Keep up the good work.

The car park directions were simple making it is to locate. On our return our car had a flat battery, the car park staff were very helpful and helped us get on the road. Thank you for the convieniance of this, and I will be very likely to recommend you to others, aswell as using your service again in the near future.

Apart from the staff (which were not needed to be used on this occassion, experience of them was through previous non-booking use of the car park), I would recommend the parking to others. Easy to find, easy to access, good transfers with clearly signposted bus stops for return journey and whilst not the cheapest price the parking is at least on-site.

A generally stress free experience, although this visit I did have to really search for a space in the designated car park. Who keeps tabs on available spaces? Also, having prepaid, we had to park up, having tried the exit machine to no avail, and visit the office before we were able to leave. Are we not using the system correctly? Or, is it that you like the staff to see our happy, smiley faces?

When we came out of the terminal we could find no sign to explain where your bus would pick us up. One was parked up to our left but we didn't identify it from the markings on its rear. By the time a taxi driver told us where your stop was, it had pulled out.

On inserting our ticket in departure from the car park, we were told to pay the total amount. (Although we had already paid in total when booking online). It would be a good idea for the ticket to be read via booking system and linked to your personal booking, instead of all tickets saying that the total amount needs to be paid before allowing exit. Very annoying as we had to go through the motions of getting our refund.

Arrival - no problems Return - long queue in not very nice weather. When a coach came not everybody got on and we had to wait for the next coach. Surely NCP Flightpath have the information on when people are returning and can schedule the number of coaches accordingly.

Section W was a long way from the bus stop and poorly lit so that it was difficult to find the car on return. The out-going bus was uncomfortable and overcrowded. There was an unacceptably long wait for the return bus which was also unacceptably crowded. The service is comparatively very expensive to recieve such poor treatment.

as above, i found car park easy to find and parking no problem.However waited a while for bus and it was packed so we had to let it go and catch next one which also was packed this was only let down. Also confusing exit signs out of car park bit of a pain.

Easy to book, hastle free arrival, bus a pit packed on, maybe a few more running would be better at busy times. We cleraed customs and were back in the car within 15 minutes, again a bit busy on the bus, but it was quick. Handed over my voucher on arrival at the reception, freiendly fellow, processed it and we were away. I would definatly recomend and use again if travelling from LGW north terminal.

If you need to get to the North Terminal via a long stay car park then this is the one to go for! You won't get any closer and cost wise is as competitive as any other carpark. One of the main attraction to me was not having to relinquish your car keys which is so oftern the case. Will most certainly be using this car park next time I fly out of Gatwick's North Terminal.

Having been directed to zone x near bus stop 5 it was very frustrating to have to wait almost 40 mins and watch 4 full buses and 1 empty bus go by without stopping. It would have been courteous for you to have requested one of the drivers pull over and explain to the problems what was being done to try and resolve the situation. Alternatively it would have seemed a practical solution to re route one of the buses to come to bus stop 5 first or earlier so that all customers waiting for buses could benefit from a fair pick up service. It created an unecessary amount of frustration, stress for travellers at the start of their journeys. On top of this the 40 min wait was made more unpleasant by how cold it was. I appreciate the wait was due to volume of people on that particular day but I feel that the car park staff and drivers could have been more communicative about what was happening. there is nothing worse than just being left in the cold waiting with no information. On the return tranfer the bus driver was unnecessarily rather grumpy and unhelpful to passengers.

Returned from holiday to a flat battery, I had jump leads so went to reception for something to jump it off & was quoted" Can't really help as our machine has been broken for sometime & will only work on vehicles without immobilisers as it may ruin yuor battery otherwise. I suggest you ring a breakdown company". If this is true why hasn't the machine been fixed as practically all vehicles come with immobilisers nowadays!! This was the only blot on what was a very good affordable service all round. Deffinately use again.

The driver doesn't get out of his seat to help passengers onto bus, or with luggage-the dreaded health and safety regs I suppose! There was an elderly lady who couldn't walk easily or climb the steps to the bus- it was left to the passengers to help her with her bags. There isn't enough space for luggage in the buses. My husband pulled a back muscle trying to manoeuver bags in the aisle, so that people could get on and off the bus!
