Having used other car parks where you park in front of their building and they park it and bring it back to the front when you return we liked that you take your keys with you, no-one else is driving your car.We have seen a couple of instances with the former type of car park where the owner is coming back to a damaged car.

I have never done this before and I was somewhat apprehensive, not knowing what to expect both upon arrival and return. Easy to find, easy to get into and and easy to park. The parking compounds are well fenced and very secure, I even saw security doing a routine patrol whilst walking to the bus stop which was reassuring. Upon my return, it took me five minutes to find my car because I'd not properly remembered its location in the zone that I'd parked it in. My car was exactly as I'd left it. The exit procedure was quick and hassle free. It's easy to book online, convenient and good value for money. I will most definitely do this again next time I have to fly.

I found booking on-line easy and had no problem locating the car park. Whereas I only fly 1-2 times a year, it was reasurring to me to know that I had a guaranteed space, particulary as I had a very early flight on this occasion. I also saved myself some money ! Would definately recommend this facility and will use it again next time I fly.

We had to use our car as we arrived back late and trains were a risk so we were pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to find the car park, check in and get to the airport. We arrived back around midnight and expected a long wait but having just missed one, the next coach after 10 minutes and by 12.30 we were on our way home

Arriving at almost midnight on a Saturday, I was unable to locate my car. After fruitlessly searching I walked to the office and a member of your staff, Michael, was extremely helpful. Running me around, going to collect my wife from the North Terminal, (she had been waiting over an hour) and offering toilet factilies and a drink. Finally we located our car and thanked Michael. He is an angel. Cannot fault the service at all. He helped us out of a very bad situation.

I have prebooked many times at NCP but on a couple of occasions have got to the gate on departure and my ticket has not been recognised. I've had to buzz the attendant, and then be told to come into the office, causing major problems with the cars behind me and joint a queue - just the thing pre-booking should eliminate. If I am pre-booked, I should be able to exit more easily than this.

Very good value for money, well organised (longest I waited for a bus on arrival or departure was about a minute). Cameras didn't work when I arrived, so had to get a ticket as if not pre-booked, but staff sorted this out very swiftly before I left, so not really a negative at all. Will definitely use again.

Driving from the south West, my car broke down en route, and I had to transfer to my wife's car. This delayed me by an houir and a half. The fact that I arrived in a different car than the one booked caused no problems, ands the fast turnround enasbled me to catch a flight I had thought I might miss.

We only had to wait 5 mins for a transfer and even less on the way back. Car park surface was really smooth and easy to drag a case along. Different sections of the car park were well signposted which mean it was easy to locate the car on our return.

1.It would be helpful for you to have a simple electronic clock at each bus stop and terminal telling customers how long to wait before next bus (london transport can do it - ask Ken if you dont know how. 2. Also have a button to press when you arrive at bus stop or terminal so you know how many people are waiting - or cctv? 3.Send your drivers to charm school and teach them how to greet customers and smile occasionally. Its not just your company - my experience suggests that all the car park companies employ the most unfriendly drivers they can find!

Booking on line couldn't have been simpler. Found the car park but didn't see the signs for NCP flightpath until we were right there - probably a good idea to tell customers to follow signs for Long Term Parking and not NCP Flightpath. Bus came quickly - luckily as it was a windy morning and still almost dark - and on our return we didn't have to wait too long for the bus. Paying was a speedy affair. We would certainly use this car park again

when I pulled in to the parking areas near the reception to pay, there was a trainee being trained to receive payments, overseen by another. The trainee was slow, understandably, but created a queue and there was no apologies given for the delays nor was the trainee actually taught to say "please" and "thank you"!

NCP Flightpath was GREAT, there were no problems in getting a coach back to the carpark even at 2.30am! The parking bays were well sign posted and we had no problems in finiding the car on our return (I always get confused on where I park). The number plate recognition wasn't working when we arrived or when we departed but the guys at the desk were great and had no problems. It was the fisrt time we used this service and will definitley be using it again.

Arrived at 5.30am on a weekday morning. Signs showed you to the section that had spaces but there weren't any. All other sections coned off. Finally ended up driving in the exit to a section that had spaces. Promptly followed by two other cars! Otherwise great.

just one problem for someone who has never used this before, but you didnt inform on the paperwork that the customer services was actually at the car park itself so I spent time looking around the airport for the customer service but otherwise very good value for money

I was very pleased with the service provided. The e-mailed instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The car park was very easy to find and the transfers to the airport were just as advertised. I could have got it a little cheaper but not without spending twice as long or longer on a bus. Very satisfied and i will defiantly use this facility again.

It was a nuisance having to go to customer services to get the voucher to leave the carpark. We should be able to drive straight out. Also, no instructions were given to get from passport control back to the car - ie bus stop outside terminal. V disappointing overall.

Would be good to replace/fix the car plate recognition system with something that works. Alternatively, allow the entering of the booking ID (this needs of course entirely different device). Although pre-booked, not having slot allocated as in theory it would work, one doesn't know whether in busy periods parking will actually be possible, as without the system, there is no connection between my booking and physically turning up as non-booked random person wishing to park.

Like others, the car park system did not recognise me as a prepay customer and tried to charge me another £85 on exit. Had to go the the office, who sorted it out without a quibble. Seeing several others with the same problem at 6.30 am makes me thing this problem is the rule not the exception.

At the end of processing an online booking I was given an error message telling me my booking hadn't gone through and I was to phone them instead. I later found out I had been charged twice and it took around 3 weeks and 7 phone calls to obtain my refund. Staff we're very unhelpful. I was promised to be called back by staff which only happened once. I was also told I had been refunded and was to contact my bank, this was a lie as well. Probably spent more on phone calls that the price of the refund.
