This was a no hassles way to park at Gatwick and cannot really have any complaints. They arrived to collect my car within a few minutes and were there dropping my car back again within a few minutes. Car was as we left it.

We have used 'Maple Manor' for the past 3yrs. The service they offer is second to none and does not cost silly money. We have recommended them to several of our friends and family who are also full of praise for them. We will continue to use their services. Well done!

There was a complete mess up with the return process. My family and I waited outside Gatwick North terminal for 1 hour 15 mins before the car eventually arrived. This took 3 calls, I was given the wrong information on what was happening and promises to return my calls with information were not met. When the car finally arrived the driver was only concerned about explaining why it was not his fault. I paid for this service as I knew that returning to UK after travelling 24 hours would be a pain and how nice it would be to have my car delivered to me! This was a lesson in how not to handle a problem. When speaking with customer services about compensation for the poor service, their response was that I should write to Mapel Manor management with my complaint. I explained that, as they knew more about the problem than I did, they should progress this straightaway and write to me with a resolution. This logic did not work as clearly no-one is empowered to resolve bad service problems so I'm left having to sort out their problem - I expect they hope I'll just drop it as its too much effort. Use them again? Forget it.

No searching for a car park ticket, no scrabbling around for taxi fares, no getting hot and sticky on a bus - all achieved by a simple telephone call. The car is taken away and then delivered back. A definite must.

Our flight was late and instead of flying into Gatwick we flew into Stansted. We were then coached to Gatwick. Whilst at Stansted no-one of my party could obtain a 'phone signal so we could not advise the car park of our further delay. Whilst on the coach when I had a signal I telephoned to arrange for the delivery of my car. I was tired, very stressed and concerned about my elderly mother. I spoke to a wondeful woman who assured me nothing was a problem and my car would be waiting for me when we got back.It was indeed delivered promptly and at no extra cost to me for the extra hours. Thank you very much.

This service is always an excellent way to start a relaxing holiday. As we watch the car be driven away we know our holiday has begun!! Our car is always returned to us safely and promptly on our return when the last thing you want is for the stress to return as soon as you step outside the airport building. The only criticisms are my husband always forgets and washes the car before the holiday and when we pick it up it is covered in dust during the Summer months. Our second point is when you have an after midnight pick up it is a nuisance to have to remember to keep £2.50 to give to the driver. It would be easier to pay this at the time of booking. We'll be booking again soon! C Ball

After using the off airport car parks for many years I thought that I would give Valet Parking a chance. I should have done this many years ago. It was simplicity itself from the moment that I used the booking form on the internet, to the convenience of driving up to the departures. Coming home it was the same again. A phone call from the baggage reclaim and by the time that I had collected our luggage and made my way out my car was waiting for me. No more dragging myself and cases to an off airport site. This is hassle free and definitely the way forward for me from now on.

The drop off worked well. The rep was waiting for us and the hand-over was quick. The return time was not great (it looked as if the car had been washed at the last minute - as part of the valet service) but the interior carpet was (and still is 5 days later) soaked.

I rang from the baggage pickup point and then had to hang about for 30 mins - driver said the roads were busy but wasnt on the way back to the M23 - also I was asked for £2.50 for the early morning pickup which I thought had already been covered with the initial payment as you knew it was 5am drop off?

I understand why you do not want people to call until they are through customs but on my return collection the response time was slow because you were busy. Unfortunately this must encourage people to "jump the gun" and call sooner than you wish thus causing the problem with your drivers having to wait if there is any delay with customs.

The initial collection service was excellent. We had been seriously delayed on route to the airport due to a road traffic accident which had caused a major tailback on the motorway. We telephoned Maple Manor Parking to inform them we were running late and estimated our time of arrival. The driver was ready and waiting at the airport for us and was pleasant in manner and we agreed a collection point for our return. Sadly, on our return the service was not so good at all. We telephoned the company immediately on arrival at the airport prior to collecting our luggage and were informed that the car was ready and waiting for us at the agreed collection point. However, our car was nowhere to be seen. After waiting at the agreed collection point for 10 minutes we telephoned the company again and were informed that our car was on its way to us. A bit miffed, we waited a further 23 minutes before our car arrived. The driver gave no reason for the delay and did not even bother to check that we were the owners of the vehicle! A bit rough to say the least.

On arriving M23 the driver did not take the reg no of the car down clearly, so was hanging around a bit as there was confusion . Otherwise a very good service.

We have used Maple Manor twice now and had a brilliant experience. We have a young baby and travel frequently so having meet and greet with Maple Manor takes the stress out of having to lug a buggy plus cases etc on buses to the airport building. We will be booking the same meet and greet for our trip in August! It's worth every penny spent!

It was great, for only about £20 more we were able to step out of the car and into the terminal. Only a short wait on our return, no strugggling with cases on and off buses and getting home alomst an hour earlier. Fantastic

Car came back to us damaged, driver tried to get us to sign before we checked the car, good job we didnt! Driver said he wasn't allowed to document the damage on the return form (not sure why they bothered with a form then). We wrote on the form ourselves then got the driver to sign it, all this hassle at 2am in the morning with two young kids, not a great experience! Told to send in photos of the damage for them to CONSIDER the claim! Arrived back in uk to damaged car on 23rd March, resolved on the 14th June after the work having to be done twice by their chioice of garage, they asked us to get 2 quotes, which we did, but they said they were too expensive!!??!! If you use this company and you get your car damaged get ready for alot of telephone calls and waiting for a response back from them because this is what we got. Shame as the good thing was the driver was prompt, something makes me think this was to get the car off his hands!!!

It would have been quicker going to the long term car park. I waited 25 minutes for my car and then had to phone to find out what was going on. It eventually arrived after 45 minutes. I e-mailed a complaint 3 days ago and have not yet had a reply or even an acknowledgement.

Excellent service, would definitely use Maple Manor again. So much easier to have your car bought to you than having to travel to the usual car parks with all your luggage. Found Maple Manor to be punctual when dropping off and picking up car with great customer service. Would recommend!
