The service was good at delivery point but on my arrival back the driver went to the wrong terminal and I had to ring the againn and wait a long time for my car. Not exactly what is required late at night for a woman on their own.

Took all the hassle out of parking and carrying all the bags and kids to departures, also great to see your car when you arrive back after along trip. worth every penny, would definately reccommend and use again. thank you

cannot fault service we had to be at airport at 4am and your man was there when we arrived very easy to use 1 quick phone call I will never park at gatwick again

The only complaint I have is that I had to wait for 30 minutes for my car to be returned to me at Gatwick which somewhat defeated the object of the phone call after clearing immigration!

When this service is the same cost as Park and Ride it is a very good option. When I search for parking I will look out for these offers.

Good punctual and courteous. Good way to park especially if you have have babies/young children. Courtesy buses difficult with babies and luggage

This was most definately the best decision to go for the meet & greet service, travelling with a baby and a toddler, a buggy, 2 car seats, 3 cases and hand bags we only really saw the advantage when we got to the airport. Dread to think how it would have been parking and catching a link bus with all that, no question it is worth it.

It took some 25 minutes from the phone call before our car was returned. Having just returned from Corfu, 35 degrees, hanging about outside the airport, 14 degrees, we felt the chill.

The drivers were prompt and friendly. For our outbound journey the driver was waiting when we arrived and within 5 minutes we were on our way to check in. On our return we called Maple Manor after clearing customs and the driver arrived with our car in around 5 - 10 minutes. Our car was returned as we had left it. Much less hassle than transferring via bus to a car park and not an expensive option either. Highly recommended!

Although, I did have some reservations , the man was waiting when I arrived at the airport and when I landed I only had to wait 10 - 15 minuets for delivery.

the man was already there waiting for us on arrival...was polite! and patient...good communication....on my return i phoned to let them know we were clear of baggage reclaim area, went to the meeting point and 10 mins later the car arrived...this man was not as pleasant as the arrival man( still at 0230hrs i can understand) but the car was ok! and i would use the service again.......

All worked well. Minimal wait at the beginning and end of the holiday. Very convienient. The only down side. The car looked as if it had been in a muddy car rally!!

This service was great,the staff were friendly they were promt and efficent. I will definatley use them again it was so easy,better than trying to find parking or even being returned back by a bus to your car..Thanks

Going out; all great: called and was met within the quoted 15 mins. Very helpful when a problem (my fault) with the car: I'd lost the tax disc, and they didn't want to risk driving it uninsured: fair enough I suppose...... However, on the way back, I called them as we left Customs: they said 15-20 mins. After 2 more phone calls, they finally arrived after more than 1/2 an hour. With two tired children, we could have done without it: if we'd got the bus to the long-term car park, it would have taken less time: which slightly efeats the object......

Upon arrival we were met promptly by the driver and all went very smoothly. Upon our return we contacted the company as instructed but I experienced difficulty getting an answer. After I tried a second number I eventually got through but had to wait approximately 30 minutes for the car to be returned which was a little dissapointing in the rain and with a nagging wife.

The drop off and pick up were painless. Staff punctual and polite. Overall, the best valet parking we have used. Wouldn't hesitate to use Maple Manor again.

The service provided was exeptional, good communication from time of booking, the staff were waiting for us when we dropped off the car, and when we arrived back in the UK one short phone call and time we had cleared customs we only waited 5 minutes and our car was brought to us. Will use again when flying from Gatwick.

overall service went well. the driver was late on our return flight partly due to an accident near the airport. found it difficult to get through on the phone partly due to the fact the phone number on the back of the yellow form was non operational for whatever reason

Service on arrival at the airport was first class, driver was there to meet us as agreed, quick inspection then we were off into airport straight away. On return from holiday, I phoned as requested after going through customs but we were kept waiting for nearly half an hour for the car to be returned. On reflection, this phone call should have been made earlier, maybe as soon as the luggage carousel was allocated. When the car did come back it was dirty (it had been parked in a field during wet weather) and the driver left things in the car such as paper mats and pieces of paper identifying the car - could the driver not have removed these ? Maybe I'm being too fussy, the overall experience was still better than using long stay car parks with busses etc, but I didn't expect the car to come back dirty outside & messy inside.
