We were reccommended by one of our children who regularly use Maple Manor and we can only endorse their view entirely, and as it was raining when we left it was a bonus that one of us did not have to get wet parking the car, courteous staff and very prompt service. Excellent!

We had never used valet parking before but on our arrival at Gatwick the driver no. 10 was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional, we felt reassured to leave our car with him. On our return the flight was delayed and although we arrived back in the UK at 2am with no luggage, the car was waiting as we left the building. The whole experience was a delight and we would highly recommend it to anyone flying via Gatwick.

The second time I've used the service and it is excellent. Especially with all the work going on at gatwick the directions were very good and the pick up was excellent. Booked a valet service which was amazing value. Recommended highly

Whilst the collection driver was very friendly and cheery at 3 in the morning, the returning driver was less so but then our flight did land an hour early!! All in all a great service, much better than getting on a bus to go round car parks!!!

Great experience arriving as we were quite early and a friendly driver awaited. On returning at 11pm we cleared customs and phoned Maple Manor and told that it would be a twenty minute wait which seemed too long. If I had know I would have called when waiting for our bags. The man on the phone said that the paperwork stated twenty minutes (it didn't, it says as soon as possible) then after 25 minutes I called again and was told that the traffic was busy (at just past midnight?) and when the car arrived the driver told me I was waiting in the wrong area (despite following the instructions). When I asked him where the right place was he went a bit quiet and then tried to rush me through the handover so he could get away. The positive score only reflects the nice person that met us on arriving.

On approach to Gatwick it took 20 minutes to contact the centre, by which time we'd already been at the pick-up point 10 minutes. We were promised a further 15 minute wait, but it turned out to be another 30, by which time I'd almost missed my check-in deadline. On return, another long wait for our car. "Meet and greet" it most certainly wasn't

This facility was very professional; so much easier than parking in a long stay park, especially as the service was prompt, polite and efficient.

We are habitual users of Meet & Greet. MMP was as good as most, the only two niggles were: i) between the two us we missed the requirement to phone to confirm 24 hrs before we left but it didn't matter, so why ask people to do it?? ii) on collection the only number working was the premium 0870 number rather than the unanswered office number and the continually engaged mobile number, annoying.

Driver was late is returning the car. The car was not in the same state as I left it. Rubbish in the car which was not there when I left the car.

Very friendly driver collected vehicle, although you ca tell he's quite used to people NOT following their very precise drop off and collection instructions... he was VERY specific nd repeated everything a good few times! But, this wasn't a negative thing... just something that caused my wife and I to smile. Not much else to say, fantastic price and it all went smoothly....

Ths instructions on the email do not match up with where you meet the person to hand over the car. We wasted a good 30 minutes standing about and although we rang they never rang us back (saying they didn't have our phone number) but this was given when I booked. A good service but could be so much better with the correct instructions.
