very easy to book in and transfers was very quick picking up car was just as easy but please be aware that if you are delayed as we were for (16 hrs) no fault of our own you will be charged for an extra day which i thought was a disgrace and you have no choice but to pay it as they have your car keys.

A very good service if a bit expensive, but would defintely use it again. Staff friendly and efficient.

I have used this facility several times, just a minutes drive from the M23 slip road to the car park. Just park, get your ticket and hop on the free bus to South terminal which takes about 2 minutes. Highly recommended.

Excellent service - from parking car to walking into airport only 10 minutes, polite & cheeerful staff at 3.30 in the morning. The same on our return. We have used before & will continue.

I'd definitely use this service again. The buses were waiting and departed as we got on board both ways. It was also a busy morning and the bus cut the traffic out

Easy to find and quick transfer to and from airport. Saves time not having to find an empty parking space and to remember where you have parked. Great value for money.

This was the best parking experience we have had at Gatwick, particularly with friendly helpful staff at 3am in the morning, a transfer bus waiting for us when we deposited the keys. On return we only had to wait 5 minutes for the bus and collecting the car was very quick and easy.

Parking directions were good. The quick transfer was really appreciated. In and out of the car park, both before flight and on return, very quick and efficient.Staff helpful and friendly

It was absolutely no hassle and everything was done done smoothly and easily. Picking up the car on return was also very straightforward. Just wish they could have driven me home!

Parked car in arrivals area checked in keys got on bus and was in terminal in no time hassle free and no different on return even with it being 11pm. Would happily use again.

staff at front desk on arrival were not very welcoming - tried to send me to another car park

It was easy to find the car park and we were quickly checked in. We only waited minutes for the bus on both occasions. The whole process was completely painless and we would definitely do this again.

The car park was easy to find and there was no delay in checking in. The bus is frequent and only a couple of minutes from the airport. Really easy to find the bus stop on the way back and the car was waiting in good order. A good parking solution if you don't want to spend ages getting back to your car park after your holiday.

Within 10 minutes of retrieving our luggage, we were in the car and on the way home. Couldn't fault the service.

Cant praise this enough.Was a delight from start to finish.No waiting around on outward or return journey even tho lots of people turning up at same time the staff were quick,efficient and friendly. We wont consider parking up ourselves and dragging cases to the nearest bus stop again!. Highly recommended.

Very efficient service; no queing and waiting (had enough of that with easyjet), staff could smile -it costs nothing!! But overall it was great and eficient service and will use it again!!
