Only possible improvement would be slightly better instructions as to how to get to the car park.

On return, a longer than expected walk from the reception to the furthest row (my car was in space 33! Otherwise satisfied

One particular female member of staff was very rude. At 4am one doesn't need a member of staff with attitude.

This service was easy to book and went very smoothly on arrival and collection

Apart from directions which were slightly confusing, possibly due to the roadworks at the time, once in, it was easy & quick. The car was ready as planned on the return & no waiting time involved. Possibly a little pricey however, probably would have gone for a cheaper option near the airport (the parking is only a few 100 metres from the airport) if it hadn't been for the fact we were carrying a snow board we were carrying.

Very convenient and efficient operation. HArdly had to wait any time for the transfer.

Have had nightmares parking at Gatwick in the past but this was by far the best yet - and at a reasonable price. Close and quick transfer.

I felt the sign posting could be better. It took me two attempts to find the long stay plus. The service I received I was happy with. There was a small queue when dropping the car off and picking it up. Staff behind the desk were pleasant

A quick, easy process, from leaving the car at the terminal and picking up the transfer bus. The car park is very near to the South terminal so very quick transfer. Good experience with the reverse on our return. Highly recommended.

Although as stated above, the proximity to the terminal was extremely close. And whether we fluked it or not there was a bus there waiting as soon as we arrived on both departure and return. And bearly any wait at the recepetion when handing in and picking up keys. Overall a very easy and pleasant experience.

The Service is in the Airports Grounds so is very easy to use, quick to get from airport to car park, also very easy to find cars apon return

We have used the service regularly over recent years and have never been disappointed

It was a smooth and efficent service, the car was nearby for collection on return and the coaches were clean and timely. The staff were friendly and polite and I would recommend that as a service it was really very good. As said above the only disappointment was the price, I feel and this is my personal opinion it is too steep, maybe could be re considered given the short transfer time on the coach, bit I have to say that I WOULD DEFINITELY USE IT AGAIN

The advantage to this service is that the transfer is only 3 mins and the buses really do run every ten minutes.

Good value for money service. Easy, punctual, that's all you need. Will use again.

The car park was easy to find, directions sent to me were simple to follow (except that I came in from the wrong way so confused myself!!). Car park was so close to the airport; service was top notch, thank you, I would definitely recommend this to anyone who asked and I would definitely book this car park again if I went from LGW.

Easy to use service. We actually got back after the latest specified time by some minutes and could have been charged for an extra day. We only paid however for the original agreed price. Very happy indeed.
