Easy to find, driver was very friendly and pleasure to talk to, quick tranfers and return pick up.

The directions were very clear and correct. There was no waiting around for buses to fill up. The staff and especially the driver of the minibus were very pleasent.

The overall experience was very good. Directions to the site were very good and easy to follow. I will certainly use Cophall Farm again in the future when travelling from Gatwick.

Waited 5 mins for transfer at 03.00am and 3 minutes coming back at 19.00. Car was there waiting, easier than getting on and off coaches, looking for your car and trying to remember which row and letter you parked it in. It was the cheapest quote for parking only. The minibuses are a little tatty, but to be honest for 10 min transfer, does that matter? Staff friendly and helpful. I will be using Gatwick Cophall Parking again. Recommended.

What can I say? Excellent service, friendly and good value for money. I will be using Gatwick Cophall Farm again.

Good experience, transfered us immediately to Gatwick airport and were waiting for us when we arrived back. Car was ready and waiting so we were able to get straight in and go, plenty of staff around.

I consider it would be appreciated if a clear sign showing directions for Cophall Farm is posted further away from the entrance. We drove at 2 a.m. to the farm and as it was so dark and lighting on the last part of the route was poor, it was quite difficult to see road signs.

Arrived at Cophall Farm... 15 mins later at airport.. Arrived back from holiday 15 mins later at Cophall Farm. Marvellous.. would recommend this service to anyone looking at it. This company also offered the best value for money... I do not work here I would like to add, I just believe in being honest about these types of services... you don't want to encounter any travelling problems when going on holiday. Stick with these guys and you will not.

Staff were polite and efficient. Both drop-off and collection were slick and well managed. Impressive, no-frills approach!

This was the first time I'd used Cophall Farm Parking and the service I received was excellent and very professional. I would definitely use Cophall Farm again and highly recommend it.

The service was efficient and went without a hitch. The transfer to the airport is in a transit minibus, not quite up to the standard of APH. I think the parking is on grass, this may be a disadvantage if the weather is bad whilst the car is parked.

The drivers and receptionists were very on the ball and pleasant - would definitely use it again.

If you want to save yourself the cost and hassle of booking a taxi, you want to be able to get to the airport with no grief, not have to worry about your car, not have to worry about transport home when you get back off your holiday, then I think cophall farm parking is the answer! I had no complaints at all and with three kids in tow the easier my journey was the better. Cophall farm parking is a fantastic way to start and end your journey with a hospitable service. The staff at all levels were totally helpful and reliable.

When we arrived we were taken almost immediately to the airport even though we were the only passengers at that time. Then on our return we were unfortunate to have a 22 hour delay - however our arrival was greeted with a friendly voice on the phone and a very prompt collection, which as you can imagine was very appreciated! All the employees were very efficient and friendly. All in all an excellent service.

Cophall Farm are a good value parking facility run by helpful and friendly staff. Mini bus pick ups from Gatwick Airport can take rather longer than desirable if demand from returning passengers is high. All in all i'd give it a 9 out of 10.

My use of Cophall Farm so impressed me in March of this year that I didn't hesitate to use them again when flying from Gatwick in May. I hope I'm as lucky with my bookings at Stanstead for later this year.
