Dropped car off at reception, handed over keys, driven straight to north terminal. All very smooth and quick. When we arrived back, we called once we had collected our baggage and by the time we got the lift up to level 2, the bus was there to take us back to the carpark where our car was waiting. Lovely drivers. Great service. Would use next time.

My wife and I found this to be the most convenient and best parking experience we have ever had at Gatwick. We arrived back at 11:30pm, and telephoned Cophall Farm as we collected our baggage. By the time we got to the bus stop the mini-coach was just arriving! We would never use one of the major car park operators which use full size coacnes again. Great job well done.

we were at the airport within 20 mins and on the way back the transfer mini bus was there waiting for us. very smooth transfer there and back.

We were late arriving to park the car and so was in a bit of a hurry but your service was excellent and we got to Gatwick in plenty of time - still had to queue for check in

When we arrived we were immediately dealt with in a professional and friendly manner, handed over car key, and cases were put into mini bus. We arrived at Gatwick in plenty of time for our flight a great start to the holiday.

i thought it was much better than any i had used before, firstly for the fact it was smaller, more personal. fairly easy to find. the driver on the way their was alittle military and moody but the driver on the way back was lovely. i will be using you again.

Booking-in was fast. Transfers were quick. car was waiting for us when we returned. Great value for money.

It was the cheapest parking available and I had no problems at all. It was easy to find, staff were friendly, transfers straight forward and I will definitely use them again and reccommend them.

No delays, short run to airport, picked up within ten minutes of calling on return, even though we were the only passengers. Car ready next to drop off point for speedy exit.

Directions gives were good and found it easy enough. Parked and got into coach - guy at reception was present. Transfer to airport was punctual, but with us having child under 2, I asked about bringing her seat and guy did not seem keen. I was able to belt her in and she was actually big enough as belt adjusts for small people, might be issue for peeps with small children. Got back and called, bus came in good time. Don't know if it was just me, but transfer back seemed much longer, or route the lady took. Might have just been me being tired. Might try Airparks next time....but still decent value for money. No issues.

Only problem was when I booked it over the internet, it did not seem possible, although I tried, to book the meet & greet part of the service - I had to phone later.

Wife booked this and I was impressed with transfer time from location to airport and back. No delys at either end. would use again.

We arrived at 4.45am. It took maybe 5 mins to check in, the courtesy bus was waiting outside and in another ten minutes we were at the correct terminal. Both the receptionist and driver gave excellent customer service. We have already recommended them to others and will use them again on the 25th of June.
